Overall experience is not matching a 5-star hotel - there are a lot of improvements needed, from stuff communication, food selection, spa availability etc.

I personally didn’t enjoy restaurant and food. In my opinion breakfast should be more diverse and food should be better cooked in 4* hotel. For dinner we ordered pasta and it was way over cooked!

Hotel is situated in quiet and lovely natural environment. Even though we stayed in January, we enjoyed the view of Ohrid lake as well as walking around the property. Plenty of parking spaces were available. Staff were friendly and kind. I personally enjoyed spa, although some fixtures needed to be fixed (showers and sun-beds for example). Also, on my surprise, refreshment was not served in the spa so we had to order some from the hotel bar.

Location overlooking Lake Ohrid. I stayed 2 nights,wasn't their for the spa treatments. The grounds around the hotel offer a relaxing walk and Lake views. A handy spot to use as a base to visit other sites.

The shower kept detaching from the wall No children playground or activities.

The location was amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was clean. Quiet. The food was good and it's more convenient to eat there than take a taxi to the city. The beach is nice, second favorite after the trpeica.

Small details in the room, like baseboard not attached to the wall, duvets on the bed without a blanket inside (unless this is a European standard?). One thing about breakfast on the third morning, the feta cheese was not good. Small details keeping it from being a 10!

Incredible location! Could not be a more gorgeous view. Breakfast had so much variety and very delicious. Incredibly friendly staff. The grounds are very beautiful. The room was very nice, and loved the tile work in the bathroom. Would come here again and highly recommend.

The variety of food for the buffet breakfast and dinner was very limited. The air conditioning in the fitness room wasn't working.

There were small issues here and there - room door did not close properly, shower holder broken, on the beach the trash cans were full. For a 5* hotel this should have been in order.

Nice location to relax, beach just few steps away, nice pool, friendly staff, just a bit outside of Ochrid so you can escape all the fuzz. And the lake view was just amazing.

I was quite disappointed with the poor breakfast served. I expected a lavish spread of delicious food, but instead, I was greeted with something I would never have imagined. We were staying at the property in the second part of June. Local farmer markets were bursting with an abundance of fruits - cherries, apricots, peaches, watermelons. However, we were served stale, unappetizing, and tasteless oranges, apples, and pears instead. The country is well-known for its delicious vegetable-based spreads, but were we offered to taste any? No. The only food that tempted us to go for a second helping was a local pie called burek. Given the hotel's 5-star rating, the beds could be more comfortable. The hotel was known as Inex Gorica Ohrid. However, it changed its name to Inex Olgica. The reception is adorned with a head sculpture of a woman named Olgica. Who she is and what significance she had in the hotel's name change remains a mystery. In spite of all these negative comments, I would stay in the hotel again. The location and nature are special indeed.

The view of the lake is simply breathtaking, and the balcony view from the rooms is the perfect spot to relax and unwind while taking in the stunning scenery. It's the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in nature's beauty. It is made for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

There was no coffee machine or no bottle with hot water with coffee in the room, I think hotel with this price and 5 star should have.

The view of this hotel is fenomenal, staff is very polite, breakfast is amasing and the spa is great. Hotel is a bit far from the center of Ohrid, but it is named in the Hotel review.

Is accessible better with a car. It is a little far from the city center. But since I was driving, this was not an issue for me.

I was one of the very few people who were staying in the hotel in Nov 2022 which meant that the staff were very dedicated. Would love to come back in season
