The accommodation is large and modern, however cozy, very good value for money and overall pleasant. Had one small issue ass this should not be advertised with pool as it is different cost , however I am sure this was solved short after. Can not compline

professional host, very nice and helpful. there was parking instructions included. room was large and had all you would need. Good place for value and the location was very close to some main spots in the area

Very clean, fast internet, free parking, we also liked the SPA. SPA costs an extra 25 euros for two people for an hour and a half. You have to book an appointment for spa so you have privacy just for the two of you.

The integrated spa bath too small and uncomfortable. Make sure you co tact owner before hand because the bath is being activated via owners remote ‘click on the button.’

The Queen room has a sensual red light. The high set up bed, comfortable.

We spent a great time in Joan Apartments.The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable with nice garden and relaxing jacuzzi.

When I ordered two separate beds I thought I will get another, normal bed. But, we got a queen double bed and one couch that sort of "transformed" into bed. So, no second bed actually.

Spa is great, rooms are big and there's a lot of space. I liked the cleaniness and the accessibility.

Impruve the sun shades, have pillows and blankets for the balcony. Some issues with hot water accured.

Location is a bit outside of a city center but taxi service is ok and very affordable.

It would be nice to have few sachets of coffee and black tea bags as a welcome convenience gesture but I guess coming from Poland and living in England we appreciate black tea more than other nations do ☺️ Everything else was fantastic and we have already booked another stay Joan Apartments and Spa It was lovely

Mattress could be more comfortable. Checkout 10 am is quite early since checkin is from 3pm.

Clean, bright, spacious, private, big terraces with views, well equipped and jacuzzi. Location 10 minutes from the central pedestrian area.

Overall everything was great, however, the apartment could use a more in-depth cleaning. It was clean, but certain areas were a bit dirty, for example, underneath the bed, sofa and corners of the ceiling. Nevertheless, I would book this apartment again.

Quiet neighbourhood, with a newly reconstructed and fully furnished apartment that has a very romantic vibe (especially the bed, lights and the jacuzzi). Perfect for couples and alike. Everything is working on key codes so the whole apartment is very accessible.

Clean, spacious, well equipped room. Clear, easy to follow check in instructions. Enjoyed using the private spa. Parking was available although the road was pretty busy. Straight forward 20min walk to the city centre.

We couldn't use SPA because babies are not allowed. Also, we didn't get a baby cot.

I came to Skopje after a long break and forgot how dirty this city is - of course, the very center is being cleaned, but a little further away it is tragic, so, leaving the apartment meant coming across a pile of rubbish, buildings that were dilapidated and full of graffiti, cats roaming around and homeless people sleeping on benches; of course, it is not the apartment's fault, but it is worth knowing that the area is ugly and neglected; you have to walk about 20-25 minutes to the historical center

I was surprised because it was a very nice and well-prepared apartment, spacious and elegant inside, and you have all the things you need for an apartment; within 10 minutes you can find grocery stores and restaurants where you can eat something; the manager is very polite, helpful, and quick to respond; checking in to the apartment yourself is basically easy if you know how to use the numeric panel and patiently make a few attempts; good wifi

There was nothing I disliked - everything is just great!

Very friendly and communicative staff, helped a lot and was fully open to resolve anything we had. Loved the private spa, as well as the whole design of the apartment. It is made with great taste and good quality. Especially loved the mood lighting and the tv & audio equipment and the "cabana" garden. Very comfy beds too!!!

Property included whole apartment with great view and 2 balconies. Kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle.... Apartment was very spacious. We got the code that was used for entering building, elevator and apartment. Property does not include private parking but we managed to park in the street in front of building free of charge. Location was good and walking distance from city center.
