Room was beautiful and comfortable. Great location overlooking the square. Drinks at the bar were very cheap and guests receive a discount. Cooked breakfast choices every morning. Coffee was hot and strong.

The only negative was that the rooms could hear noise from outside and other guests who arrived at night.

The location of the hotel was right on the square with a beautiful view. Breakfast was a choice of 5-6 dishes + coffee + juice. Although a small selection, they were excellent. The receptionists were willing to help. We had a problem with 1 room, which they changed for us without any problems.

The location could not be better and the Junior suite has a small balcony overlooking greatly the main square. I loved the breakfast menu (you can choose between a few very delicious breakfasts always freshly prepared and with great coffee) I arrived in the night and was very happy how well the hotels airport transfer has worked and been organised. Room was on the smaller side. The hallway had a sewer smell at times. Expensive airport transfer at 25 euros each way.

Unbeatable location in the main square. Breakfast consisted of 5-6 different options, all great, although the smoking in the restaurant where breakfast is served is a negative. Comfortable beds and hot shower.

Nothing that affected my stay too badly, but it's worth noting that the junior suite is in a separate building around the corner from the main hotel. The lift up to the floor wasn't working when I was there and looked a bit rickety at the best of times, so people with mobility issues might want to avoid booking those rooms, as it is a climb of three flights of stairs up to the rooms in that part of the hotel.

The room was fantastic. I booked the junior suite, which has a balcony overlooking the central square, and it was really nice just being able to sit outside and watch the city pass by. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. There were some very minor issues during my stay that had very little impact on me (a bit of renovation work and a lift problem that was not their fault at all), but the staff were kind enough to give me a discount on the price because of this. Again, it had no effect on a very pleasant stay, but I was appreciative that they paid attention to such things. Even without the discount, this hotel is great value for money given its location and the quality of its accommodation.

Modern and clean. Very centrally located just off Macedonia Square but still quiet. Staff were very accommodating and helped me with navigation and contacting my family after I broke my phone during my stay, which was hugely appreciated. Thank you!

I don’t know if they changed the dining area because of the renovation but the area was underground. We stayed at the first floor and from our windows we could’t see the street exactly.

The breakfast area opens at 8 am, which is very inconvenient for business travelers who have to start with meetings early. Also, breakfast area is two levels down, there is no venting, and because they grill things, it was full of smoke. I had to go upstairs again and change clothes before I continue with my meetings
