The hotel is close to the center, but in a quite area. Hosts are warm welcoming! They are making breakfast by themselves. At the inner courtyard. Feeling like at home.

Super friendly staff, Goran explained us everything there is to see in Skopje (everything is within walking distance from Vila Nina!), and he helped us find a good parking spot for our car. They even prioritised the cleaning of our room when we got there very early in the morning so we could check in earlier. Comfy room with all you need. Would definitely recommend!

although we stayed for one night, I really liked the resort. the business owner is a very hospitable person who tries to help in the best way he can. he helped with the parking. the breakfast we had at the hotel was very nice and the price was suit for traveller . i definitely recommend it, I will definitely come to this hotel next time I come

Everything was perfect

Villa Nina is in the center of Skopje. It is really nice for young people to explore the city and nightlife. Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay if you want to go out for drinks. The Owner is also really helpful and friendly and will help you with anything and also recommend restaurants and activity’s

bedsheets/floor was kind of dusty, with hairs on it. but we dusted those off and it was a great stay all in all

great service from Goran and colleagues who also helped us to store luggage on our last day. they had an accom empty for us so they even let us check in at 7.30am which is extremely nice and kind of them

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to introduce us to the local area. There is an extremely nice local Macedonian “hip” restaurant area 3 blocks away with very fair prices. The cultural center of the country is 5 blocks away.

All of it. Greated by great host, room clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. 10 minute walk from main bar/restaurant area. Taxi arranged from airport. Going back to Skopje in the summer and will stay here.

Great hotel with good facilities. Perfect location for sightseeing and close to the river and the Centre. Clean, comfy room ideal for a couple of nights stay and Goran was very helpful when we arrived for a late night check in.

The bed's were a bit oncomfortabel

Goran was the perfect host and made the experience much better. He upgraded our room (no extra charge) for extra space, gave us his umbrella when it was raining and he drove us to the airport. He really goes the extra mile to make your stay more comfortable. The rooms were tidy and clean. This hotel is really affordable and it's a 10 min walk from the city center.
