Shower head was not very good (the big one on top was leaking water on side, smaller one had clogged a lot of streams) - but thats no big deal.

Host is very friendly, she made us fresh baked croissants at our arrival. Apartments are really nice, modern and quite spacious. Bathroom was nice and clean. Rooms are located in basement, that means there are no noises from street.

There is a small cafe right next to the window, from which I have heard some noise. But it wasn't too loud and I went to bed quite earlyyl, so I guess usually that is not a big deal.

I've had some food poisining(not from this place, but from another restaurant), and the host unbureaucratic extended my stay for a few hours to relax and even went to the pharmacy for me, which was really nice.

Because the accommodation is in the souterrain, it is somewhat dark and has insufficient ventilation. So the cafe's terrace is above, and the window cannot be opened.

This is a renovated building with beautiful, modern, tastefully decorated apartments. There is a kettle and mugs in the room. In the lobby, they also provide free coffee and tea. Andriana, the hostess, is extremely polite and kind. You may park your car in front of the main gate if necessary. The location is perfect, a 10-15 minutes walk to Skopje downtown.

The host was very friendly; she has a old dog in the garden and we love him! You can drink your coffee from the automat and the room was also clean and comfortable. Location is perfect; just around 2 km from the city center as mentioned. Thank you for everything!

The dog on the terrase is nice, but very insistent on getting atention. We could not have 5 minutes of relax. Unfortunately, because of the owner attitude towards the dog, ignorance, i cannot provide a higher mark.

Everything is superlative. Very attentive to details, from the smell in the rooms to the decor. Very friendly host, very nice and very clean location, in a quiet area, with free parking. .I recommend the location and we will definitely return. It is very easy to get to the city center.

I stayed in Ara twice (in the beginning and in the end of my trip, the rest of the time I spent in Ohrid and Tirana) and if I ever go to Skopje again, I'll definitely chose Ara. This place is amazing! I liked the room itself, the welcome-pack of snacks and drinks for guests, the neiborhood and, above all, the host who was extremely helpful and ready to go extra mile for your careless vacation.
