Working in hospitality industry for 9years now means that whenever I book an apartment or hotel somewhere, I expect the same as I would offer for my guests when I am working. The building is brand new. The apartment is brand new, very well furnished and it has homey spirit. It has everything needed for a short or long term stay. There is a parking space in the building itself as well. I have stayed in Skopje in lots of apartments so far, hotels whenever I am there, but this is definitely the best one so far and I will be back again. The location is great and the host is amazing. I was impressed.

Goran was a welcoming and jovial host. We communicated very effectively with him. The apartment is clean, new, nicely decorated, with good taste and equipped with everything you need, just like at home. Located in a safe and quiet area of the city and close to the mall. We had secured parking in the underground parking lot. We felt good and we will come back anytime with pleasure.

The apartment was super comfy, clean, neat, modern and organized. It is on the tenth floor of a building, there is a balcony and a nice scenery. There is also a market and a bakery nearby. It is close to the public bus, intercity bus and train station so you can get to the centre very easily. Besides, the host is super kind and helpful. We had a great stay.

Communication with the owner was easy; they responded promptly to every message and were open to helping with anything we needed. Only words of praise. I have stayed in many private accommodations worldwide and I must say that this Exclusive & Modern apartment is one of the best apartments I have stayed in! - The owner - Goran is really professional and kind. He has provided all info on time, made sure that we easily find apartment and that all details are in place for our pleasant stay. After the 5th day he said that he MUST change the bad sheets and provide new towels. This is something that I have neve experienced before in private accommodations. - We are very focused and picky about cleanliness and I must say that in this case cleanliness has exceed our expectations! The apartment smells amazing and on cleanliness :) - The bad and pillows are very comfortable and the quality correspond to luxury hotel. The towels were Georg Jensen :) - The rooms are cosy, warm, modern and full of light. - All the details and dishes in the kitchen are modern and fits the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen tools (even kitchen towels and new-un opened washing kit). - The toilet was very clean (which is one of my important aspects wherever I stay), modern and with all facilities. - The location is very central and there are several restaurants, caffee bars and food stores on a very short (2-3 min) walking distance. -The view over the city was amazing! I will definitely come back and I would highly recommend!

The apartment is part of a new building that has just been built and offers one of the best experiences you can ask for! Located near a few different supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, and places to visit, you will never be in lack of anything and have everything at the reach of your hand. The fact that it is on the last (10th) floor of the building gives it an incredible view over the entire city of Skopje, as well as the beautiful mountains in the distance, and the best part, is that you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your spacious balcony each and every evening. The inside of the apartment is a true reflection of the words modern, luxurious, and minimalistic, yet still has everything that you need and is equipped with high-quality tech and furniture, from the kitchen to the living room, bathroom, and bedroom, Overall, it is worth the money and I can guarantee you will not regret choosing this as your stay next time you visit Skopje!

Everything was excellent!

The apartment is in a new building and very close to the city center, markets, boutiques and everything you need. Goran was an excellent host and has equipped the apartment with modern details and necessities from plates, cups and pots to dishwasher liquid, shampoo and body wash. Everything in the apartment is top class, new and carefully selected, bed sheets and towels included. There is parking space and the apartment is on the 10th floor, which is the top floor and it is very peaceful with beautiful views. Couldn't be happier with our selection.

Evriting is excellent! Completely new, beautiful and modern apartment in a new building.The terrace is intimate and has a beautiful spacious view of the city center, the toilet is quite luxurious. There is a private garage for your car, which leads directly to the apartment with an elevator. Beautiful location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is very friendly and cooperative. Great accomodation!
