No fan in bathroom. Tea and coffee not replaced. Bath is very high and the 78yr old guest had trouble getting in to it as shower is over bath

We were very happy to stay in this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, they helped me with everything I needed (e.g. finding a tour guide to Kosovo). Very nice breakfast and comfortable room. Very close to nice restaurants and walking distance to the main square.

Because the hotel is located in the restaurant/bar zone it can be slightly nosy in the street side rooms until midnight then it goes very quiet, it didn't bother me as it adds to the atmosphere, they do have rooms not on the street side.

Perfect hotel... ticks all the boxes.. Very friendly staff, perfect walkerable location for all of the city, many super restaurants close by and a good hearty breakfast to start your days, my favourite was a Tim's Breakfast.

I think I was missing a kettle in the room and black tea bags (room description stated it had tea/coffee) . Very brief stay so didn’t matter on this visit. I’m English....we do love our tea.

Breakfast was extremely pleasant. Open kitchen and family style setup. Food extremely fresh and nicely presented. Room overlooked road but was quiet enough. Good location. Town and City Park all within walking reach. Recommend Urban Skopje pop-up coffee/juices stall in Park. Great cappuccino served by Milos. A quality night’s sleep. Bed comfy. Pleasantly surprised by spacious (standard) room. Staff welcoming and friendly (arrived late due flight delay. Key was handed to me as soon as walked through door. Nice touch).

The rooms are in fact not soundproof. There is a lot of noise coming outside from the room and from the pipe system in the whole building. The curtains are not blackout, so difficult to sleep in, or have an afternoon sleep if you aren't used to pitch black bedrooms. The wifi in the rooms are very weak, best to prep with a mobile data plan.

The hotel is at a perfect location, 24/7 supermarket, bars, restaurants in a couple of minutes walk distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean.

I'm very happy with the hotel. My wife reserved it for our stay in Skopje. Very clean, modern with spacious rooms. Perfect location and friendly staff. Parking is a bit tricky, but I reserved upfront and had no issues.

There was no reserved parking space available, even if from the description it was mentioned that it is. For us it was quite unpleasant, as this was one of the reasons why we chose to stay there.

The room was spacious, nice and clean, the host very helpful, and the location is close a big park and the Zoo. The breakfast needs to be preordered from a selection of choices.

In the bathroom, during shower, there is water outside the shower place. It is not a full shower cabin.

Location is great. Many restaurants and caffes in the area. Very cozy rooms and breakfast area. Great breakfast.
