The floor at the entrance was a bit Greasy, not sure why. But it was clean. The breakfast didn’t had too many options and the breakfast area could be a bit cleaner, but it was good enough to start the day.

The property was clean and exactly what we needed for a night.

The room was big and clean. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. The hotel is not far away from center, in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was good, with basic choises.

Breakfast is ordinary, nothing special. Coffee was very bad, like hot water. Toilet wasn't so clean, walls too.

Position is good. Not so far from center. Generally, furniture is not so bad. Staff is very pleasant. Have a few free parking places. Cleanliness is not bad, except toilet.

When we arrived at the hotel, in the evening, it was really cold in the room. It would've been nice to come to a warm room, considering the fact that we were driving for more than 8 hours. It took some time to get the room warm, and you could warm it only by air conditioner. We also didn't have hand soap and we found only 1 pair of slippers (we were 4 persons). The bathroom had a little dampness in the shower. And maybe the most important thing for us was the fact that on booking.com the accommodation was posted as a suite, with one bedroom and one living room, which wasn't the case at all. It was just one room with a bed and a couch. It was disappointing for us.

The staff was great and really nice, the breakfast was good and tasty and we had lots of things to choose from. The location was very good for us. They cleaned the room everyday and they changed the towels after 2 days. The staff gave us another card to warm the room while we were out for dinner, they provided us soap and slippers, after we asked for them. There is available parking, underground and on the street.

In apartment we had electro oven and some plates but we didn't get any folk or spoon. Hotel need to pay attention about this little things.

It's a good place for rest and travel. In the middle of old town.appartment with interesting design. With your own kitchen. Also you can get not bad breakfast (buffet). We were in hotel in winter . It was so cold but in apparent it was warm (conditioner) All stuff were very kind and friendly.. So i am recommending this hotel.

it’s far away for a 4* hotel, really small rooms, breakfast ok, i never received a call back when i informed the reservation about the fan is not working, bad wifi and no internet for few hours, the facilities were not in good condition… all in all i wish i stayed somewhere else.

If you want to park at the hotel, you may not find a space and you will be expected to pay for the spot. We didn’t find info about this nor were told beforehand, so check with reception first.

Room was small but very comfy. Mini fridge empty but functional, so you can store your own things if you want. Breakfast was good, what would be expected from a buffet. There was an issue with the parking (described below) but thankfully the staff was very helpful and we worked out a solution.

It was our second stay there, breakfast wasn’t as good as it used to be. Difficult to find, due to the fact that we cannot use Google Maps (huge roaming costs)

Decent conditions for the actual costs. Last year was cheaper, with better conditions.

The breakfast was poor. The fact that on reservation is said that you reserve a hotel room but there is only one building as a hotel the others are apartments. It was ok but that was the reason why i wanted an hotel not an apartment in a block of flats.

The room we were given was cold on the first night (I suppose because we had to change it and the room they gave us was not heated in advance) but it warmed up and was quite nice the next day and for the rest of our stay.

The staff and the owner were exceptionally kind and quick to respond to our every request. We had a problem with the room we were supposed to be staying in (the toilet seat was broken), alerted the front desk and were given a new room at once. The location was great for our needs, a walking distance from the central locations but not in the center itself. The hotel is located on a quiet street and has a few great restaurants nearby. WiFi is excellent, rooms are kept clean and tidy.

I didn't like some women in the reception. They are not friendly.

I like most of them provided by you. The breakfast was good., especially the cook was really kind. The room was clean and neat. I loved it.

The staff was very friendly especially Lora who gave us lovely tips for our stay in Skopje. Despite our super early checkout we have received sandwiches for breakfast who were delicious. The hotel is a good place to stay in a nice neighborhood.

Breakfast could be a bit better but everything was great!

Wonderful staff. A free parking spot right by the hotel. About a 20 minute walk from the center. Room was rather small but has everything we needed for a short stay.
