I parking near opposite Hotel and on next day on my car i found parking FINE!!! ((( but on site was written free parking place who living in hotel. For pay this i go for application where all on makedonian language and after i found one man on the street who help me pay this FINE!!! :(

The AC wasn't working properly when we arrived. Someone came to fix it, but still it wasn't really warm in the room.

The location was near the centre of the city. Check-in and check-out were easy with the digital system. They helped us with the transfer from the airport as we were arriving quite late.

Maybe it is a Booking bug, but the price was different. On the order i see total pice, and no extra fee needed. But when i click on detailed ptice, there is a informationes about extra fee 10 Eur.

The shower did not have a holder on the wall so I had to hold the shower-head in my hand for the entire duration of the shower.

For the money I do not think you can get much better. I simply needed a clean and comfortable room for the night, and that was exactly what I got!

It's not a hotel - you have a room that you check into by yourself with no reception desk. The floor is cold, especially in the bathroom, so would be great to have a few guest slippers there. The property itself is located just right by the road with many parking lots there.

The staff are amazing! We were early (9 am) than the usual check in here, but they let us in with no problem! The room is clean and cozy, hot water is in. An AC will heat you up to 30°C.

We had a great stay at Vanilla Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located in the central part of Skopje, on a quiet street so you will get a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable. Viktor was very responsive and was there for everything we needed. We had a self-check-in and check-out, which was pretty convenient since we checked in very late. The parking is 5euro per day, and there was always a free spot in front of the hotel. Overall, a positive experience.

The fact that is was a 'self-check in'. Problems with facilities and payments could not be solved easily as I arrived late at night and was departing early. However, the owner was easily contactable and answered all my queries,

The room was clean and comfortable. I had been sent codes to get in which worked OK. The owner deserves much credit for his helpful attitude. Because of taxi problems he even gave me a lift to the bus station the next morning!

The toilet seat moved so we were able to change rooms to a lower floor giving them time to get a maintenance man in to fix it.

Stevan went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. He made a trip to explain the TV remote, the hot water, & allowed us to change rooms to a lower floor. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kettle in the room. We could walk everywhere without need of transportation to see the fantastic sites of the city. Small grocery stores and small restaurants were nearby. We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately there was no availability.

Trouble to get in. We didn't have the acces codes on time. Tried to contact the owners but Wi-Fi was poor and they didn't answer. Maybe send the codes a day before arrival next time? It saves time and stress.
