Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeAgain, some receptionists were quite grumpy and felt like they treated us quite different from other foreigners. They cut off our access/key card activation at 11:45 am on the day we checked out, we reached at the room at 11:45 am and we could not get in to get our stuffs. Had to go down again to activate the card at the reception which was quite annoying and waste of time. The room was smaller than we expected. Towels were too old and small for 5 stars hotel. They charge a bit higher exchange rate of USD than some other 5 star hotels. They provide only 1 key card and caused us some inconvenience.
All the staffs at the entrance and at pool side bar including bellboys and room service boy were excellent except some particular receptionists. They could have been more friendly and nicer. Stayed 3 nights and happened to use outdoor pool only for the facilities and it was good, the drinks at the poolside bar were amazing for the price, cannot comment about the rest of the facilities as we did not get to enjoy them. The bed was comfy. Location was convenient cuz there was a marketplace nearby. And 16-25 mins away from myanmar plaza.

MalaysiaThe club lounge is closed, but they still offer the club room to be reserved. In other words, you pay for what you will not be able to enjoy. They offer an alternative high tea service in the main lobby lounge, however this doesnt balance the extra price of the club room.
