Too pricey when compared with other properties in Myanmar. The bathroom was sub par with intermittent hot water - be prepared to take a hot - cold shower every few seconds apart.

Everything was perfect

Staff were superlative, especially the restaurant manager Ma Thwe. She really cared for us and was wonderful ❤️ Drivers and Yangon bus tickets were arranged. Fast laundry service. Fantastic food, we never ate outside! Breakfast buffet was great. Room service and beer garden during happy hour (free drink every night) Beautiful garden lit up at night and a nice pool. I can't recommend this hotel and the staff enough.

Great hotel to stay in Mandalay. As a European traveler I’ve stayed in 3 different hotels during my trip to Myanmar and I found that this hotel is the best for variety of options for breakfast. I loved the atmosphere and the staff was very welcoming. Everything was great. I would stay there again!

They did not accept debit or credit card - finally they agreed to accept card payment in USD but with a 3% extra charge. We had food in the restaurant, and wanted to pay by card, which was not possible.

There is a good restaurant and bar within the hotel and that is superb. Great food. The breakfast buffet was decent.

The Wifi internet almost not working. In some rooms, there is a hot water problem. They said they are using the solar system, soon planning to switch boiler systems in the baths.

The staff was kind. The location is very convenient, nearby the Karaweik restaurant. Rooms are wide. Nice outdoor restaurant and barbeque every night. Breakfast, pool, and gym are also nice...

This is my very first time visiting your hotel . The facility is good. The staff was courteous and the outside garden area is cozy. The hotel honored my request for a high floor. Window view from my room is Wonderful an excellent scenery of famous Mandaly Hill. Highly recommend for both business and pleasure with Family and Friends.
