Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MyanmarIf you are on a business trip and book a large suite (70 squaremeter !) the writing desk is rather small, and same size like in the normal room, even though there would be plenty of space for a larger desk.
Security, front desk, housekeeping and room service staff were very friendly and helpful. All spoke very good English. Despite it was Thingyan holiday and hotel was nearly fully booked, the room was quiet. The hotel has several restaurant outlets and a small convenience store on the groundfloor, so no need to go out if you don't want to. There is a big shopping mall abt. 5 min walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurant. If you need a taxi, security staff will call it for you, no need to go to main road.

IndiaBreakfast need to have more vegetarian options as lot of businesses travel from India who would prefer to be vegetarian. Location is very close to Junction Square mall. Hotel can run free car every 2 hours to take and bring back the guests to this mall.

everything about the stay was perfect. Bathroom was big and clean . Toiletries were of good quality. Staff was supper supportive, they arranged the flower decoration and small cake for the birthday without any extra cost. Breakfast was nice also. Bed was super comfy.

As the time of writing, the situation in Myanmar is still not good, the country is still under some internal government affairs, the hotel is overall safe as expected and full fill the needs for business. The premier lounge is serving quite nice drinks and food too.
