Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe situation of the A/C was very poor . I did not know in advance , that the electricity only cane on in the evening at 6 pm and went off sometimes during the night and went off any time between 6-45am to 8am . Therefore for the rest of the time there were no A/C . Bearing in mind this is the second hottest place on the planet this year . I unfortunately paid up front , given the opportunity to change hotel , I would have done so .Simply because of the issue with no electricity .and Jo A/C . This situation is reflected in the fact that for the majority of the time I was the only guest .
The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were well serviced by the staff . The breakfast was OK , during that time the staff were very attentive .

New ZealandThe pool was not very clean. The staff did not give us clear information on booking e scooters and we missed a day of hiring because of it.
The hotel is big and spacious, the rooms are nice. the pool is nice too. the breakfast selection was small, but the food was great. the staff were helpful and friendly. on our last day we left early in the morning and the staff cooked our breakfast to go, it was much appreciated.

IndiaThere was no backup power supply during power cut in first night. Hotel has charged higher dollar conversion rates than bank rates. Hotel has also charged for some items kept inside fridge. There was no mention regarding the same when checked in. Room is fitted with 1 ton AC which was small for the room size. AC cooling was ineffective, it appears as there was no maintenance was done for ACs from long time.
Hotel staff has kept the room ready for check-in.

GermanyThe bed is not comfortable. She is very tall and tough. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. After sleep as broken. There is no reason to sit in the room. Only a high bed and a small ottoman. The windows of the room overlooked the backyard. Prolonged power outages. The pool didn't make me want to swim. There is no restaurant, but there is a quite pleasant place two blocks away with reasonable prices. Breakfast is very poor. At the first breakfast, they brought us one fried egg and toast. On the second day, there were already 2 eggs each (there was no fried rice). Fried rice was already brought for the third breakfast. The exchange rate is very unfavorable. Huge cockroaches run around at night
