Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Russia1. I got a room without windows. For this reason, I didn’t understand when it was morning and when it was night. I had to use the alarm to wake up. 2. There was stale air in the room, and periodically smelled of sewage. 3. The door didn’t close tightly on the top 4. There were about 30 mosquitoes in the room. Apparently they flew through the gap between the door. 5. Mosquitoes in the hotel were on all floors. 6. I agreed that by 5 am a taxi would be waiting for me. In fact, I used Grab. 7. It’s quite inconvenient that you cannot pay for your stay with a card or use a debit from the booking account

Couldn't have been better, for the price and location. The staff were so friendly and helpful, it really made us feel at home. The rooftop restaurant and space were perfect for relaxing far above the busy Chinatown streets. Great restaurants and markets within walking distance, and Sule Pagoda very close by. Perfect in all ways, thank you so much to the staff for making us so welcome! This is the only home I need in Yangon.
