As soon as you step in you feel extremelly welcomed; not just an other guest, but part of the "Family" The staff and the owner speak a great English; they are very attentive and thoughtful, but does not invade your space and respects the privacy and the needs of the guests! As soon as you wake up, breakfast is served in the common room, everything is there for the comfort of the guests. We did not have any Problem using a shared toilet, the toilet itself was allways clean, at least 3 times per day, and the waste bin never overloaded with rubbish. The guest house gives to you the possibility ofgives the possibility of using your own kitchen, there is also a laundry service at an extra price. In general the communication before our arrival was very efficient, they answered to our million of questions, helping us to organize tours outside the city as they offer an excursion service. The location is really central and gives you the possibility reaching the City Center in few minutes! I WILL HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE, also if you are travelling with children, WELL DONE GUYS. Hopefully we will come back to Mongolia

I booked this place for my friend Unubold. So this is his comment that he sent me: Amazing amazing hostel experience! As someone who often stays in hostels my biggest issue is feeling a bit out of place. But here, there was no such issue! It felt so cozy and peaceful as the place was warm, clean and take my word for it: really welcoming! I didn’t stay very long but I really needed some peace and rest. This hotel provided that. Also I always tought I didn’t like french toasts… This place changed that! Best french toasts ever. Even better than mom’s! Anyway I dont want finish without complimenting the stuff, a young man and a woman both of whom were very helpful and kind. Next time visiting UB I know where I’ll stay.

Amazing hostel! Very clean, feels like home and the stuff are so helpful for everything. The location is great too, its in the city center very central but also so peaceful. And the breakfast is really good!

Nearly perfect. Maybe white towels can be used with some specific cleanser. But not a big deal.

I like the hospitality of Victor and his colleagues. The breakfast and milk tea are nice. The hostel is clean and has a good location. Even we came during the Winter. Victor tried to arrange some suitable tours and efficient picking up service for us. My friends and I have some unforgettable experiences, especially the tour to Semi Gobi (first night) in a local family. If we come in Summer, we will definitely return to this hostel again. Strongly recommend.

Very good location, in a quiet neighbourhood (220 Thousand) close to everything useful. Beds are wide, comfy and have curtains. Staff is very helpful. I recommend!

This hotel is located in the city center in Ulaanbaatar and you can walk to the major tourist sites from this hotel. The staff here are so friendly and the young boy who make breakfast and the lady who helped us clean rooms are so nice. The hotel provided us free breakfast and helped us call taxi to airport.

Nothing much. Only one toilet to share but you can use the second one from the private rooms part if needed.

We stayed there for a week waiting for our Chinese visa and it really felt like home! - The whole staff is incredibly nice and speak perfect English. - The place is really clean (and we can compare, this was our 4th guest house in UB). - the private room and dorm are super comfortable (we tested both) and well equipped - The kitchen is really well equipped. - Even when there’s people the place do not get crowded and is super calm. - Very good breakfast that varies everyday ! - They can help you get yours and taxis (we only took a taxi with them to the airport and the price was more than fair).

Just two bathrooms available, that's tricky sometimes. One of the dorms was a walk-through room (so it was a little busier than usual). The access doors to the terraced house look all the same and if you're not careful, you might end up in front of the wrong door, wondering why the door code is not working (but that was a mistake by myself - take it as a hint).

Great location, clean space and friendly staff. Check-in is flexible and very easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was just passing through, but they are offering a lot tours to explore Mongolia. Beds are comfortable and wifi is working well. Location is good; can buy food right next door and near the centre of town, but train station is around 3km. The arrangements with the taxi drivers are great, they came up to the reception; so no waiting & searching outside. And breakfast is provided, too.

The location is a little difficult to find if you take the shuttle bus. However, they do offer to pick you up at the airport, so if you are unsure, you should apply.

I ordered 3days tour before I stay this guesthouse. They made a great plan that meets my needs and it was awesome. Staffs are very kind and location is really close to main places.

Sometimes both bathrooms are occupied at the same time at busy times of day. There are some beggars in the neighborhood (however, police station is also near). Laundry is on the expensive side.

Check-in is flexible and very easy. Staff was very friendly, amiable, and helpful. The tours were also unforgettable for me. I loved my tour guides: they were very knowledgeable and helped with all my needs and questions, and I enjoyed spending time with them and getting to know the culture through my visits. Location is good; can buy food right next door; walking distance from malls, embassies, some museums, and major tourist areas in the city. The place also has good security and staff were there all the time. They provide breakfast, too.
