Entering the building for the first time is a bit confusing because you have to walk through a coffee shop to get to the apartment's reception desk. The bed was a bit too hard for my taste.

The shower curtain gets entangled when shower is on, and the curtain bar can be a little unstable. Also, the lights inside the apartment are a little bit dim. Finally, if this apartment could also be equipped with a washing machine like other apartments in the facility, it would be more convenient.

Above all, the level of care and attention of the staff was excellent, as well as their agile response to any situations. THE STAFF IS GREAT and remembers every detail! :) The apartment is very large, quiet and mostly comfortable. Slept fantastically. The windows and room temperature were great, and the kitchen equipment very convenient. Downstairs supermarket and convenience stores are a great addition.

This place was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable to stay in. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful - showing us how to use the washing machine, offering us a fan to borrow etc. The location was central too and not far from where we wanted to go. There is also a shop right on the ground floor which was convenient.

Spacious apartment on the 5. floor with elevator. Mrs Kerry the manager is very friendly and always keen to help us, we thank her very much! The Tanan Center is located in a quiet neighbourhood very near to the city center. On the ground floor there is a nice coffe shop where you can also order a light meal to take away. There is also a convenient mini market with everything you might need. Parking the car is very easy, there is a lot of space near the apartment.

The sign is not clear on the main road, we arrived at night and could not find the entrance easily..

The staffs are warm and helpful! Location is super good with a coffee shop and supermarket within the same building! Facilities are great, two bathrooms so convenient for two ladies!

Having to do such a major inventory of everything in the property both on arrival and departure: every piece of crockery, cutlery etc. counted.

It was very spacious; great to have a store room for clothing and suitcase etc. It was very clean, the shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. The host helped me by loaning me her bus card and meeting me early on my day of departure to collect the key.

Not much was not to like. Initially our tv, phone and WIFI didn't work but the staff fixed the issue promptly.

The coffee shop on the ground floor, where breakfasts are served, does not open at 0830 as advertised on weekends. Need to change towels and blankets regularly.

I enjoyed my first stay here in August so returned here when I came back to Ulaanbaatar before travelling home. After staying in hotels and camping in the desert it was nice to stay here again and enjoy the peace and quiet of "my own place" for a few days. I believe it is often busy here but you would never know, I never heard any noise. I did occasionally bump into other guests and was astonished to meet someone that had been living in the block for years. So it's not just me that likes it here! I look forward to returning to Mongolia in the future and will stay here again.

I felt a little nervous at first as the area was 10 minutes walk from the main square along some back streets. But the apartment block was smart and modern. I soon gained confidence and found it quite safe exploring nearby.

The apartment was very comfortable, it was all I could wish for. Well equipped and the block included a coffee shop and supermarket so I could easily obtain supplies for my stay. I particularly liked the utility room which provided clothing and luggage storage as well as a safe for valuables, an iron and ironing board. Communications in advance of my stay were clear and made in good time. I was greeted with a friendly check-in from the office staff and also enjoyed meeting other staff on reception. They were always polite and extremely helpful to me on my first visit to Mongolia.

We were unable to enter one of our room because the lock was not working. Fortunately we had rented a second apartment and the problem was fixed the next day.

A pretty spacious apartment not far from the city center at reasonable prices. The hosts were extremely nice, answered all of our questions, also booked a transfer to the airport for us. The aprtment was very clean, the kitchen is big with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. A supermarket is right in the same building - very convenient.
