The shower was very inconveniently set up, the shower head hose does not reach well and it made showering very difficult. The outlets beside the bed on both sides did not work, and there are obvious signs of aging throughout the room.

The location was great and the breakfast was very good. The room was very spacious, we were in the deluxe room and there was a small patio which was great. The hotel employee spoke no English but was very pleasant and willing to use translation apps.

My only complaint is about the restaurant, it was supposed to be open until late, but already around 8 pm the waiter refused to serve anything.

The location couldn’t be better, it’s just a few steps away from the central square and there are many restaurants and cafes around. The room was big (a bit dated though), the bathroom very nice and the bed comfortable.

We were upgraded to a deluxe roomupon our arrival, which was extremely comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The location makes it very convenient to explore all the main sites and the breakfast was always tasty.

No breakfast before 9:00 on Sunday and not before 8:00 in the week (unless you insist very much), staff speaks little English. Avoid room 302 as window lets wind enter the room (not a good idea by freezing winter) and bathroom had water leakages. We complained and were moved to Room 402 - perfect!

Very large room, good value quality / price, very well situated in the center of the city; comfortable beds; well warm room in the harsh winter. Hot water in the bathroom (but be aware that you need to let it run and open for many minutes before hot water reaches your floor).

1) Keep in mind that on 4th flore it takes time for hot water to get to your bathroom and be according patient as there is hot water :-) 2) Note well that price on Booking.com is agreed in USD but the hotel does not allow you to pay in USD but obliges you to pay a price in local currency at an exchange rate that is not advantageous to you of course… (so-called the one of the central bank), meaning you have to pay a double exchange rate after that (from Mongolian currency to your own currency), meaning extra extra costs! 3) do not expect breakfast before 8:00 AM.

Well located in the heart of the city, large room, calm and peaceful, comfortable bed, no noise, warm room as it should in winter, with hot water in bathroom, and multi international TV channels, and… very friendly staff!

Overall it was a good stay but the air conditioning was broken and did not provide an alternative solution. Housekeeping didn't give out amenities or new bottles of water and didn't wash cups. Small problems.

Location, staff and breakfast are the best things for Urgoo. Very accommodating staff who helped us book airport pickup and were very responsive. I love coffee and English breakfast.

The room has a bit of an old smell. The switch for the water heater is turned off and is located at a very high position inside the shower room so we’re supposed to turn the switch on ourselves reaching it with a hanger. The toilet door inside the bathroom could not close properly so it is always opened at the basin where you’re standing when washing at the basin. Also note that the powerpoint switch for the wifi is turned off, have to turn it on yourself.

Location is near a few cafes and restaurant. Room is huge - separate living room, with bedroom slippers, hairdryer. Staff is very friendly, nice coffee and breakfast.

Overall very satisfied 😌 with the breakfast and my 3 stays at the hotel 🏨 The front desk receptionist, NARA couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. My only negative comment would be availability of hot 🔥 water 💧 I stayed 3 times for 4 nights in total and only could have a total of TWO hot water showers 🚿 Otherwise the water was cold. Not acceptable for the price ... 😕

The breakfast had several choices and I tried 3 different ones on different stays at the hotel 🏨 between tours. You could get brekkie in your room which was 👍

My room had a small fridge which was unplugged. I reported this to the hotel staff and the lady said that it would be fixed on the next day but it did not happen. The shower of the bathroom was not working properly and it needed some reparation. Besides this details, everything was great!

The hotel location was amazing! Just a couple of minutes away from Sukhbaatar Square. There were many restaurants around the hotel as well as museums and convenience stores. The room was spacious and well equipped! Bed was comfortable and the breakfast provided was delicious! The staff ladies were very kind and helpful! Highly recommended!
