If you take a shower, then all the bathroom floor and toilet seat get all wet. Would be much better if those places could be separated.

I liked the location. It was in the middle of the centre and walking distance to all the main attractions. It was a very good value for money. Helpful staff.

This is the second time we have stayed here at the G.T Guesthouse and we were very satisfied. the bed was clean and the bathroom is very spacious. the location is perfect as you can walk to the american memorial park as well as other shops or restaurants. We were also made to feel very welcome by the receptionist and would choose this hotel again.

The shower did not drain particularly well, which may have something to do with the location of the property at sea level. I found the bed a little hard for my tastes, but this is a personal issue. The manager tried to fix this by adding a second pad, but this didn't do much. However, these are minor quibbles.

This is a quiet little guest house in the middle of Garapan. It is a guest house, which means it is not a hotel with dedicated staff. Access is by keyed lock (very convenient and easy to use), and check-in and check-out are simple processes. It is a cash-only property, which is fine - one just needs to know! The property manager is very responsive to questions and concerns, so the atmosphere is quite professional despite the simplistic setup. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked very well. It was a veritable oasis!

The toilet was not clean enough, the smell was keep coming out. There was construction next to the hostel so noisy coming out during the day time. The rooms are not like the pictures.

location was awesome! walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, cafes, and convenience stores. Has big Asian style wet bathroom. great for washing your scuba gear. fresh water both hot and cold available. microwave and some communal cups available as well. the owners are really nice, there’s a garden where lots of cats and dogs hangout so it was nice to look at. parking was easy enough, occasionally had to street park but it wasn’t crazy.

Was disappointed in the place, it had 10 rooms, and felt looked like it was running a massage business. Do not recommend this place and not a BandB atmosphere at all.

Everything was good! Sometimes it was loud outside, however, it did not last long and the noise did not bother me at all because there is soundproof wood in the window. In fact, it is Saipan, wherever you go it is a bit loud. So I do not have any complaints.

LOCATION - 10 minutes away from the airport by taxi. ($25) - 5 minutes away from the beach by foot. - 2 minutes away from American Memorial Park - Lots of restaurants nearby. - 10 minutes away from Grocery mart. SERVICE - Owner and his wife are amazing! They are very kind, always ready to help if you need something. You have access to cold/hot water, a microwave, laundry, AC. SECURITY/ SAFETY - Very secured and safe guest house. The door is always locked. No need to worry about your safety. OVERALL: I loved my stay in this guest house, I felt like I am at home. I plan to stay there again. Giving 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was across some poker place. we parked and bunch of guys was just staring at me and my sister in law. it felt like we were being watched. the room was okay for just one night but the weirdest part was that there was a ladder right where the restroom window was at. It felt unsafe given that the front entrance was passcoded to get in but our room was closer to the back entrance and that night we closed it and we heard someone trying to jam with the door. There was no staff to check out and since I already paid for the room before checking in. I just left the key on the counter before leaving.
