Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesAir conditioning was poor, room never cooled more than 77F. Mattress uncomfortable. No patio furniture. Didn’t receive upgrade we paid for. Got the slim package for meals and restaurants were closed half the days we were present. Very poor communication between staff and us as guests.

South KoreaThe most part we were not satisfied is working hours for all pools and slide. I think it should be open from at least 9 am and till the end without any break time. Probably now hotel is lack of employees due to corona crisis but when we were visiting there were enough guests to work with 100% load. Also family pool needs renovation at least for the floor (bottom). You can see some black lines through the water but never can see it on the pictures of the hotel. Very tight door to veranda. I gave up on the second day as it took too much energy from me to open it every time. Room size is not big at all. And it is kind dark. Water in bathtube went down very slowly. I never tried molton brown aminities before but I did not like the shampoo at all. My and children hair felt like dolls hair after it so I just used the one I brought from home. We took all inclusive package. Well the most "delicious" day was Sunday. Others were so so. I felt that for 5 star hotel food quality and diversity could've been much better than it was. Saipan itself is a jewel that can make you forget about everything so in general we enjoyed our stay on the island.
Staff (local especially) are very welcoming. We enjoyed communication with all of them. Free use of life jackets in the hotel. Spacious lobby. Last day we asked to call a taxi which came very fast and the cost was very reasonable. 2 beds were big enough and comfortable. Overall after almost 3 years of "prison" due to covid 19 we enjoyed this trip a lot.

South KoreaWashrooms at the lobby and room smell really really bad and they are very dirty. The showeroom in the room I almost vomitted because of the driange smell. Very disappointing for a 5star hotel. This hotel should be a 3.5star hotel. Swimming pool tables and beds should be cleaned more often. Even inside the jacuzzi, there was lots of sand. The hoteliers should be trained They DO NOT KNOW anything.. Especially young Korean woman . Very unprofessional. There was one funny nice well-trined polite guy that greeted us at the check-in. One more thing is that the included food is very repetitive. NO VARIETY. (One restaurant opens daily.) The taste is average. The clubsandwich I ordered at the lobby's cafe for a charge of $15 tasted like garbage. There is NO ROOM SERVICE available. The room's condition is THE WORST. It is very humid even the air conditioner is on. The carpet seems very dirty and my body was itcy after I slept on the bed. The room is very old and definitely in a 0/10 condition. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel. This hotel may be the best in Saipan. You should reconsider the place you are visiting. The room price is TOO high for this kind of hotel and service. I am very disappointed. I wasted my money.
I liked that the hotel had a private ocean.. But other facilities were old and very dirty including the room, washrooms, swimming pool and pool's tables and chairs.
