Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustriaThe TV had no English speaking channel and the beach in front of the hotel is nice to take walks on and further up have food and cocktails at but not to swim in, it is a little rough.
The hotel was tastefully decorated, the room clean and comfy with a nice view on diamond rock. There is a little kitchen hidden on the balcony which comes really handy. The personel is super friendly and the outdoor area with the pool is really great to relax. In the evening there is jazz music playing in the hotel restaurant that we enjoyed while sitting on our balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much.

FinlandWe visited during carneval and most restaurants were closed. The hotel did not recommend booking a table at the restaurant in advance and did only room service which took 2 h. The parking was in the lot of a supermarket next door that is hazardous - a driver almost ran my child over.
Very clean rooms, excellent bed, small kitchenette on the balcony practical with children. Sufficiently big pool to entertain a 3yo every night. Very good restaurant when there was capacity and good breakfast.

LatviaDoors or curtains would be required for the shower, because the bathroom had to be drained (because the drain could not absorb all the water at once). It was not a problem for me, but still - getting into the sea is not so easy - the waves are big. Check-in time seemed very late.
The hotel was small but nice. The room was normal size, clean and pleasant. Good breakfast - I recommend. It was nice that there was a kitchen and a refrigerator. Nice that it was possible to go to sea. Wonderful black sand beach. Although we arrived 3 hours earlier, we were allowed to use the pool area (towels were also provided). Although the hotel was overbooked, the hotel arranged everything so that we could check out much later (because our flight was late at evening). It cost us 50 euros and we were very happy. Another thing - when we ate lunch at the restaurant, after paying the bill I noticed that the total amount was smaller than it should have been. When we told the staff, they realized that they had not added one main dish, but in order to bill us for it, they thanked us for being honest and gave this food for free. Thank you :))

United KingdomThe hotel is beautiful, not so big which makes it cozy. It’s super clean, with big rooms and amazing view at the pool and ocean! staff is super friendly and food is very good! it’s located very close to the center, near many restaurants, shops, markets, which makes it feel like you’re actually staying in the center. I totally recommend it!
