Ignorant staff. They sent us to another hotel, saying they do not have our booking, and there is another hotel with the same name. The other hotel had different name, and we had the booking with them. But we had to drive extra few kilometers going to the other hotel, then back here...

A large, clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed room. Helpful reception staff, particularly Drami who ensured we had all we needed. The close proximity to the Catholic Church was a particular bonus.

Unfortunately no possibility to sit outside, shower has to run for a long time until warm (hot) water comes - serious waste of water, credit cards no longer accepted (earlier at least Visa was accepted), shortage of working power sockets near the writing desk

A gym or swimming pool would have been a plus. Maybe some of the common spaces and rooms could be slightly more bright, but this doesn't bother at all business travelers.

Great value for money. Centrally located, small sized hotel. Room are spacious and comfortable. Bed is very spacious and comfortable and rooms are quiet. A coffee machine is available in the room with complementary chocolate, coffee and bottled water. A supermarket is just across the street and most of interesting places are within walking distance or not far to reach by taxi. I will definitely come back.

Nothing really, the hotel was safe, clean with really nice staff. View not great but it's on a street so can't be helped. Mini market next door which was useful!

Breakfast was excellent - similar each day but very high quality and excellent service. Room was big, clean and comfortable - the hotel wasn't that busy at the time but there was no internal noise. Dinner choice excellent with a great range of non-alcoholic drinks. Service a little slow at times at dinner but very pleasant dining area. Large TV in lounge next to dining area - very relaxed and comfortable for live football.

Internet is a bit erratic in parts of the hotel, despite their efforts to have multiple networks. May be challenges with paying by credit card so need to be prepared to pay with cash.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, very helpful to have coffee machines and work spaces in the rooms, great food and helpful staff. Also handy to have a cash machine in the hotel and a small shop across the road. Centrally located if you have meetings in town.

Excellent hotel, very good comfort and location. The ATM and restaurant within the hotel are convenient. There is a supermarket a minute away and secure parking right next to the hotel.

Internet connection was fragile, but I think that this is a country rather than a hotel problem. The Wifi signal was strong, but some times of day were very difficult to get access. I had a ground floor with courtyard view, which was not great, but compared to other advantages, a small deficit.

Conveniently located hotel, with good facilities. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were courteous and helpful. I was given a taxi to the airport on the final day at no extra cost. Bedroom was spacious, with good bed, table for work and chair and sofa. It was easy to relax. Air conditioning worked well. I would recommend others travelling for business in Nouakchott to stay here.

Room without direct daylight (which is not particularly noticeable in the climate and with a long working day), Mastercard does not work (Visa does) - the receptionist was aware of this, she suspected that it was the input device

Noisy road outside during rush hour; some of the reception staff could be more forthcoming; no currency exchange at the hotel; smell of smoking throughout the hotel.

I did not not like the way they settled my hotel bill. I feel cheated and not happy while settling the hotel bills. The explanation did not help. As this time of settling the bill, he said, he was not told this was the case. So for hotel neglect, I had to pay the extra cost of my room.

I was shocked to see that the hotel had not changed the date of exit, as my Turkish flight had got cancelled for Nov.21st. I told to the Hotel Receptionist that I will travel to Istanbul on the 20th. She told me that she has noted and will change the date in the computer for my exit on the 20th. I ended up paying for one more day, this is not fair. On the 20th, while settling the hotel bill. I had to pay for the 21st as well. This should NOT have been the case if she did her work. I ended up paying 704.380 EURO, or 29133,95 MRU While booking from 14-21.11.2021 Booking.com gave me figure of 688,38EURO with breakfast
