Nothing - everything was first class

The quality and choice of breakfast was first class. The high standard of the property was brilliant plus the lovely pool area. Nothing was to much trouble for our hosts Pauline and Charlie.

There is a small bright green light in the ceiling that we could not take off. Pillows were a little hard. However, these are only small things that could be considered subjective. Overall we had a lovely night here.

The hotel is very ideally located close to all the major attractions. That being said it was very quiet at night.The hostess was very warm,welcoming and helpful. A lovely family run business. We were upgraded to a better room so that was a major positive.The style is very grand (very shiny)but the rooms are very tastefully decorated.The pool was large and lovely.We had a wonderful breakfast and the option of a warm breakfast was great.Maybe some fruits could be a good addition.

I didn't like the decoration at all...found it tacky (sorry, it's a matter of personal taste). The mattress was uneven, so not super-comfortable.

The owner Pauline was very friendly and took care of everything I needed. The whole place is perfectly clean and it was easy to order breakfast (it's not a buffet, there is one dish per person, prepared fresh, which was very yummy)

Close to Rabat/Mdina tourist attractions and yet relatively easy to reach by car (we parked right in front of the hotel). Room was nice, with a comfy bed (and a 100% transparent shower door). We did not meet staff, nor did we try breakfast because we had a flight departing at 6:00 AM (wake-up time was 3:30, there is a 14 km drive to the airport - easy at that time of morning, no traffic jams... yet significant traffic!). Keycard was in a box at the entrance, all went smooth. Very quiet.

Although clean, there were some ants in the toilet. Also an iron in the room would be convenient.

Very friendly family run hotel. Pauline was very inviting and kind. The breakfast was good. Location excellent for access to Mdina and old city of Rabat. Parking easily available outside the property. Room was clean, and supplied with coffee and water.

The 100 boutique hotel was absolutely beautiful with amazing decor, has a great swimming pool too. The location is perfect very close to the Silent City and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious and a great selection of pastries. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything. The hotel is lovely and in a quiet location very close to restaurants and attractions. It was a pleasure to meet Pauline and Charlie, who were the perfect hosts, very friendly, warm, and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. This hotel is completely faultless!! Perfect in every way !!

I loved it. Everything about this place is phenomenal!! The hotel is spotless, the rooms are gorgeously designed with beautiful decor! The housekeeping team are so lovely and efficient. And then there’s the owners.. Pauline & Charlie … I’ve never felt so welcome and looked after by anyone as I did by these two amazing people!! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they are both so lovely and friendly And Charlie made some spectacular breakfast!! Love you both ! The location is perfect, there’s parking if you choose to hire a car, air conditioning, free WiFi, tea/coffee facilities and a fridge with bottles of water provided daily. What a great place!! It truly is home away from home in a clean, family oriented environment!

The fact the cleaner entered the room whenever they wanted (usually while I was at breakfast and being there on my return from breakfast. The cleaner reorganizing my belongings, and throwing out what she may have thought recyclables, however something I wanted to reuse. Basically, for me the cleaning service, whilst doing a good job, was quite intrusive.

The shower screen is transparent and straight into the bedroom which is a bit peculiar. Not a huge issue as we are a couple but would be an easy fix to replace with opaque glass

The sink tap didn't run cold and bottled water was only provided on day 1.

Great breakfast each morning, consisting of pastries, cereal, juice and coffee, as well as a variety of cooked options. There was good coffee in the room too. The room was comfortable and well equipped. (In our room, your could see the shower from the room, so you will want to be comfortable with the person you are sharing a room with!) Location was fantastic, with very easy parking (except on Sundays).

Perfect location and the staff were amazing. The whiskey on check in was a lovely touch and they even helped to arrange a bottle of sparkling wine as it was my partner's birthday. The rooms are so much larger than they appear in the photos. Great stay!!
