Everything was great * Location in Gzira, very near to Sliema, can easily get public bus or ferry to cross to Valeta * Rooms very comfortable and spacious - we had a family room for 3 * Staff always smiley and helpful * Great views from the terrace where the breakfast restaurant was * Definitely value for money * Nice pool opposite the hotel although it can get crowded as it is not actually part of the hotel, but more of an independent property and also the pool for other hotel next door

The first room where we stayed had no windows and the smell that came from outside was bad. Fortunately, another room was available from the second day of our stay, and everything was quite nice from that moment

The second room was quite nice The restaurant had a spectacular view and the food was decent We enjoyed the wellcome drink

The standard room looked out at brick walls which was disappointing . Pay extra for better room. The saving grace was that the room had a single room attached which we used for storage .

Staff were very good especially Sandra and Sonja at breakfast. Cleanliness of reception area and common areas. Floor 9 with area for sitting out and overlooking the harbour and Valetta. Aqua Luna was a great facility

In hindsight I think I would pay extra for a better room. Ours had little natural light and the window overlooked another building. The room was very noisy. I could hear every footstep and conversation outside in the hallway. One night of our stay, I could hear loud talking, laughter and I think it was the television until 2am in the morning. There was a good variety for breakfast, however the hot food was only lukewarm. I think the location would suit younger people looking for the night life. We witnessed a few hen's and stag nights. You have use of the Aqualuna swimming pool and bar across the road, but it was always very crowded.

Malta is a lovely place to visit. Our room had all we needed and the bed was comfortable. Good shower. Spacious room. Nice rooftop area for relaxing with great views over the harbour and towards Valletta.

We didn't like small details like the drain being clogged and missing lamps. The superior room seemed nothing more than a normal room. The balcony was less than mediocre with no great view. The building opposite to ours was close enough we had to have our curtains closed anytime we were undressed.

The room was nice, the cleaning ladies were nice. People talked in english and there was an information service within the hotel for car rent etc. The breakfast was pretty good and should suffice for most people.

Unfortunately the room was not in the same building as the rest of the facility, like indoor pool and sauna and sometimes it can be uncomfortable going out of the building to another one .. I wish the room was in the same building It was kind of expensive..

Staff are unfriendly and unprofessional, which is even more shocking considering that some are Italians and French, so should have good hospitality background. No Good morning, no Welcome, no hello, how can I help... Just staying behind the reception desk, not saying anything and waiting for the guests to start the conversation. At breakfast I've seen one waiter blowing her nose, then playing with her hair followed by laying the table (cutlery including), all these without washing her hands.

Location was very good, close to shops, restaurants, ferry and bus station. Hotel is pretty modern, clean and has good amenities, all included in the price: jacuzzi on top floor, spa, and the most important, the Aqualuna pool.

The breakfast seemed to lack variety from day to day. Additionally, certain rooms lacked natural light and fresh air, with windows facing the space between the hotel walls outside. However, after raising our concerns, we were promptly moved to a much better room. Despite these issues, we still want to express our gratitude for the hospitality extended to us during our stay.

We were extremely pleased with the hotel staff; they were exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our stay. The location is perfect.

The room had a bad drain smell and was quite noisy. Breakfast was ok, but a bit limited.

Tv, air condition need instructions, coffie machine need el.adapter, bathroom small and very " bare". Sauna not working, corridors confusing and claustrofobic

Unfortunately we have asked for a double bed and while we had the verification about that, our room was with two single beds putted up together and of course two single mattresses.

The location is great near to the ferry. Also the breakfast buffet is real nice and the view from the 9th floor was breathtaking.

The rooms had internal windows only and this wasn’t clear on the description- had I known I wouldn’t have booked to stay there or at least looked for a hotel that had an external window to my room
