I gave a 9 and not a 10 only because of the crowded breakfast space but I still believe that a bit of a waiting worth for this beautiful view to the bay. The breakfast staff was also very kind and helpful.

The hotel is very nice, the room we booked (Suite, not the standard) was very big and well-equipped. Please note: only standard rooms and family rooms have sea view (so we did not have it). However, the view from the 9th floor, where the breakfast was served offers a breathtaking view. It is true that the capacity of the space is smaller than the amount of people having breakfast but it is worth for the view, really. I have not seen any other hotel with this view. The staff was very kind and we also got early breakfast sandwiches because we had to check out at 5am. Everything was easy and went very well.

Noise suppression was almost nonexistent, you could hear both the traffic noise and inside noise (flushing, people talking upstairs etc), so I would recommend bringing a pair of earplugs if you are sensitive to it. Also, there were no EU-adapters in the rooms, so bring your own. The queue for breakfast was long, so be prepared.

Location was perfect, right in the centre of Sliema with all the transportation nearby (ferries, buses etc). Nice balcony and a proper size room and bathroom for 2 people. Breakfast was tasty and the view from the breakfast lounge was amazing! The staff was very helpful and there was even an opportunity to store your luggage there after check-out. The room temperature was adjustable and there was good ventilation.

I had a spotless and luxurious room, it completely met my expectations. It is a great location, close to the bus stop, close to the ferries. I am vegan and I asked about a vegan breakfast, and they said there is no problem with it, but normal breakfasts have a wide selection, and vegan ones are poor.

I stayed here a few years ago. The restaurant on the 9th floor was then open. Buffet! This was no longer available. Pity.

Iron ruined two of my t-shirts while ironing because it was burnt on the bottom. I suggest checking it before ironing. The mattress is not exactly the most comfortable, but ok.

Breakfast was good, but every day was exactly the same and you get really tired of it after few days. Every day there were halal and regular sausages, bacon, potato patties, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, mushrooms, beans in gravy, some vegetables, salami, cheeses, 3 types of cereals, mixed fruits and some pastries. It would be nice if they added or. replace at least one different dish every day. You could also order a coffee or a tea and pour yourself juice (3 types). Location is excellent, everything is close. Ferry, bus station, shops and restaurants and bars. For 3 stars, the rooms are very good, only the bathroom is very small. The room is equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, cups and glasses. A hairdryer and an iron are also available. Our room also had a balcony, big enough for 2. The employees were very friendly and helpful. On the ground floor is the Grana restaurant, which has very good pizzas at reasonable prices.

2 things that made me disappointed: 1, breakfast. It was in a nice place, on the 9th floor and if you were lucky to sit on the terrace you got an amazing view. But it was so crowded and chaotic. The place is too small for a big hotel. It was uncomfortable sometimes. The stuff was nice, but they couldn't manage well a lot of people, not possible. The breakfast is nice, BUT very boring after a few days. Everyday is the same. We spent a week there and after 2 days we were bored of it. We even skipped days to eat something else. But that's sad because we payed the room with breakfast so we could easily start the day. 2, The other is the wellness room. I thought it will be bigger and also warmer water pool. It's a sauna, a small pool what was heated in January, but we felt cold anyway, so we used it once. We had a plan to use every afternoon, but after the first day we skipped.

Nice, clean hotel, in a super place with friendly stuff. Super comfy bed, in the bathroom we had both shower and bathtub what we liked. It had smart tv, so we could watch film evenings from bed.

The room wasn't with two single beds but two single beds pushed together but we didn't mind.

We did our check-in and out with the most welcoming and kind person alive! Her name is Diana and she was always helpful with the biggest smile on her face! We got new towels and toiletries every day and the room was cleaned daily. When we had a problem with the safe manager Savic was there to help in just a few minutes! Biggest cheers to Diana at the reception and manager Savic.

The double standard room was a bit small. The indoor pool was too small.

The location was very good. Good scenery, right opposite the best exterior pool in the area where we had access to. There were two different breakfast areas. The one with great view and the other one less busy.

Breakfast was just ok. The cooked breakfast was cold. Had there been a microwave, I would have put my plate in there for 30sec to heat it up. A cold cooked breakfast isn't that tasty. The pastries, rolls and cakes were delicious. The bathroom could have done with a bit of a makeover, as there was some mould on the ceiling and inbetween the tiles but that didn't stop me from using it. The bathroom was clean.

The room was lovely with a great sea view. Great location. Very comfy beds. The room could have been a bit wider as walking past the bed and tv I had to pass sideways but that's not a major issue. Staff were friendly. Water fountain on each floor so you could fill up any bottles you have rather than buying water. Tea and coffee making facilties in the room but they were very stingy with the amount they gave. Only one tea bag or coffee sachet and milk per person per day. We came back one afternoon and had a tea but then in the evening I had to go to reception and ask for more. Again not a major issue but being a bit more generous would be nice. Safe in the room which is good. No parking offered by the hotel but as we went in Jan it wasn't peak season so we managed to find a space opposite the hotel but in summer season I can see this may be tricky.

Views from bedroom, could do with some refurbishment

Great location (access to transport, restaurants etc), good breakfast, loved the views specially at the top, jacuzzi on last floor was super cool, support from Gabriela for the visiting options at reception!

Nice hotel, booked last minute, the entrance was fresh modern and clean. The room was OK, but was expecting a bit more, given the appearance of the reception. Room was quite dark and small, but we were only there for one night.

Very uncomfortable bed. Bad pillows. Glasses in room was found sticky and used on tray. Breakfast was OK. Decent shower.

Location is very good. Nice foyer with artwork and comfy seating. Lovely bars and shops on doorstep.

We stayed for 7 days, and having the same menu for breakfast started to get boring after 3 days. A few changes to the menu will help those staying longer with some variety. Our room didn't have a great view outside, although we were outside visiting places all day. For those that wish to relax and layback in the room, the view outside is not that great.

Well sanitized hotel, in the middle of the town, Sliema, very convenient if you need to travel around by bus, has a jacuzzi, gym, sauna, small pool and steam. The breakfast is on the top floor, so it has beautiful views to the harbour.

The water in the indoor pool is quite cold, hardly any of the guests swim in it. Since the pool is small and not suitable for swimming, the water temperature should be a few degrees higher.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the ferry and several public transport lines... but even so, our room was peaceful and quiet and great for a good night's sleep. A large selection of delicious food for breakfast, on the terrace with a phenomenal view of Valletta.
