Bad location, building works everywhere, not enough pool side staff to order, no room service, not enough storage in the deluxe room. Balcony view was horrible.

The only downside at the hotel was the staff at the bar. Whenever we ordered a drink or breakfast, we felt as if we were intruding rather than being welcomed. Service at the pool would also have been a great plus.

Our stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott was great! The overall staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable. The gym was clean and well equipped.

The staff is nice and always available. They even gave us lavender one night for better sleep. We had a late flight at the day of our departure but we were able to use all of their facilities the whole day even after checkout: outside pool, inside pool etc. and we were able to shower after it all, while they stored our bags safe and for free.

Only downfall Internet wasn't connecting properly. I had to connect to technical support three times. Also it would be nice to have a bar by the pool deck but it was one floor down and tables by the pool were full of glasses that people were bringing from the bar but nobody was cleaning as bar staff only served the restaurant and bar below the pool deck.

The hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating. We requested a quiet room which is away from the construction site, and they upgraded us to a bigger room. We especially liked the ice machine and water station in every floor, which helps us cool off in the warm Malta weather. I will book this hotel again when we return. A lot of building work around us. Cranes literally moved over us at the roof top pool and we could wave at the builders next door. Noisy builders and unsightly building site were disappointing. We should have been told in advance about the building work.

In and around it there is building works on going although you cannot hear it from the room there is just a lot of construction which doesn't look great but no doubt will soon be completed

A very new recently built hotel so all the furnishings are the very latest and fresh lovely shower coffee and tea facilities excellent just need more milk each day location is amazing

Location of the hotel, dark room - windows are covered with other building, so almost no day light. Room was with bathroom for disabled, but was not cleverly done, water from shower run away to whole bathroom, no gadget to clean or dry it. But I liked the stay there. I would expect lower price.

The location was great and despite being in a very busy area - this hotel was conveniently located on a quiet street. Modern and very clean facilities.

There are building works all over Malta, and there’s one right behind this hotel. Request or book a room with a balcony on the front if the works are still happening. Or if you’re staying a day or two and out all day it won’t matter.

Close to bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and bars. It’s located just outside of Paceville so you don’t have any noise from the bars. ALL of the staff are welcoming, lovely and helpful. Bed is super comfortable. Outdoor and indoor pool + gym. Rooftop restaurant is nice for sundowners and if you don’t want to venture far. I stayed for a week and came back for a further 9 days.

indoor pool roof got too much water from condenzation so it drops on you when you try to relax on deck chair Terrace light cant be turned off by night, we upgraded to terrace room just because we wanted to chill on terrace but light was tooo bright so it ruined our plan. In the end we could not use the terrace.

Noisy surroundings, lots of new building being built at the moment. Water controlling in the shower was difficult. Water either too hot or cold.
