We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Marsalforn. Anyone who tells you that one day on Gozo is a fool! And Apt 5 is a GEM. Only blocks from the awesome small seaside village town, grocery stores and amazing restaurants we will treasure in our memories forever. Our host Joseph, who owns the apt, knows everyone in town and will give you wonderful recommendations. The apartment was beyond what we needed and a treasure to find. The pictures don’t lie. DO NOT book hotels/rooms a block from town. Massive construction.

Czech RepublicExtra fee for air conditioning via coin machine. You need to enter about 2 EUR per day, but it is a really funny solution compared to the daily rental price. Until now, I thought that such device exists only in the famous scene with Mr. Bean. Almost impossible to park in surrounding streets when you arrive after 7pm.
Excellent accommodation in an excellent location on Gozo island. Newly built apartment with balcony, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, 2 toilets, TV in every room, WiFi speed allows video streaming, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 10 minutes to the sea promenade. The owner is a relaxed friendly guy. When we arrived at midnight he brought free food for the first breakfast and a bottle of maltese wine. Great and memorable act after a day's harrowing journey!

MaltaIn my opinion the pillows were very uncomfortable and I couldn't find a comfortable position with them. That is my only complaint and a very minor one compared to the rest of the apartment.
The apartment is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. There is a washing machine, iron board, hair dryer, etc. There are air-conditioning units and television units in all the bedrooms and the open plan. Owner is also very friendly and kindly allowed us late check out. Photos on booking.com are true to the actual place.

United Kingdomunfortunately there is building work going on next door so there was a lot of building noise from dawn to dusk, but there are a lot of new buildings going up in Marsalforn so probably difficult to avoid this issue . we were out of the apartment much of each day exploring the amazing island of Gozo in any case

PolandWhile the balcony had a nice view it was only big enough for the drying rack and we didn't get to enjoy it. No other things to complain about - everything was perfect and I would be a fool to say any different :) :) :) :)
The apartment has very recently been finished and had fresh furniture as well all the appliances. Our room had a separate bathroom (apart from the main one in the apartment). There were numerous towels waiting for us and the host was kind enough to welcome us and find us a place to park despite the late hour.

The host was extremely helpful and when we required assistance and contacted him, he was always available to help. The apartment is very modern and cosy. The kitchen was also stocked up very well and with the latest technologies! Also location is very good, in thee middle of Marsalforn.

Brand new, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The TV in the living room has more channels than I’ve ever seen anywhere in the world. There were hundreds of US channels alone including 30+ stations from various US cities for all four major broadcast networks plus all the major cable channels and dozens of not hundreds of premium channels like HBO. And there were many options sorted by country for a LOT of countries around the world. Plus video club with tons of movies. All free. I’ve never seen anything like it. Both bedrooms also have smart TVs for your personal streaming service accounts. Big well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony off the main room and small balconies for each bedroom. Big main bathroom plus another, smaller full bathroom in one bedroom. Plenty of space for two couples or a family.
