The Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Well equipped with everything we needed. Very close to shops, restaurants and buses. And for us family.. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back for our next visit to Malta!

apartment at the highest level. it has everything you need, a well-equipped kitchen, a hairdryer in the bathroom. the apartamnet is modern and cozy. the view from the terrace is very nice. lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. bus stops are right next to the apartment. contact with Ruben is great, a wonderful host. We had several questions go unanswered. There was nowhere to plug in the reading lamps in the first bedroom, and the bed in that room was exceptionally squeaky. There was nowhere to plug in the hairdryer in the bathroom. Half the bbq didn't light. These were minor annoyances.

We especially loved that it was very clean. We loved the decor, the fabulous view.

This is a lovely, spacious, modern, clean penthouse apartment with views towards the sea. It is in a good location near shops and restaurants with ample street parking and a lift to help you up to the 3rd floor. Reuben was a great host who responded quickly to questions.

Nothing that's not satisfying. This is definitely one of the best choices you have when visiting Malta!

Extremely clean and comfortable rooms, stunning views and cozy neighborhood. Very thoughtful inhouse facilities including even a bottle of mineral water in the fridge, cooking and baking ingredients and kitchen paper etc. The owner is one of the most helpful I have ever seen, he does everything to facilitate your arrival and purpose of staying! We pre-ship 100kg of business items needed for our trip and the owner even brought them to our apartment without us even asking for it. Amazing, truly amazing.

Nothing, everything was amazing.

The apartment has a great location in Mellieha, very close to nice beaches, for example Golden Bay. (this was our favourite) a shop to buy the food you need (Welbee' s). This was our first time in Malta and we rented a car and travelled around and Mellieha is the best area you can stay when you are in Malta Also the apartment has everything you need to cook if you want, and also a washing machine. We travel a lot and can compare the apartment with others and Artist is really fantastic. What I would like to highlight apart from the apartment is the communication we had with Reuben. He texted me to find out how we are if we need anything during our stay. Honestly, do not think, just book the apartment and you will have a lovely time.

We enjoyed every minute. It is a short drive from the beach but we hired a car to explore the island so was not a problem for us. Although I believe the bus service around the island is fantastic.

The apartment was beautiful and clean - had everything we needed and more. The view was stunning. Reuben was very helpful and the staff. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the apartment 100%.

Location was perfect for us as a family because it was super quiet (unlike if we were in a packed resort!), close to the large supermarket in the area and there was always parking available outside. The apartment itself was spacious, the terrace beautiful (we enjoyed meals out on it, chilling in the evenings, and even lucky enough to see the Malta International Air Show from it), and air conditioning worked well in all rooms and living room. I was particularly impressed with the number of towels on offer! The apartment was also very clean and modern.

The apartment was really big and beautiful. It has everything you need - all the facilities needed for a vacay. We had the apartment with the sea view and it was amazing. The host was really helpful and polite. You also have lots of restaurants nearby and you can take the bus easily to get to the beach. Overall it was an amazing booking and if I ll ever come back in Malta, I ll stay here. Totally recommend it.

The building of the apartment is modern, the staircase is clean and fragrant. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the bay. Large, spacious apartment with full equipment. The kitchen is also equipped with all necessary equipment. Very clean, fresh linen and towels. The bathroom is equipped with the necessary accessories. Contact on whatsapp with the owner Reuben very good. The driver Robert brought us from the airport, who was also very helpful, showed the apartment and handed over the keys. Thank you very much and we will definitely be back :)

There is no private parking area, but directly on the street near the apartment are allways enough space for parking - just on the weekends it should be full, but late in the evening there is no problem with parking.

Beautiful apartement with large rooms, very clean, fully equiped kitchen and amazing terrace with grill and sea views. Comfortable sitting area in dining room. There is a lift for higher levels. Great and quick communication with owner. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in short distance from the apartement.

Everything was perfect!

Gorgeous, clean, and comfortable apartment! Reuben was very welcoming and lovely, with great suggestions for grocery stores, food, and activities. Apartment was well equipped, and we loved the additions of basic spices, coffee & tea which was greatly appreciated. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and just a quick drive to Ghadira Bay! Reuben also owns the fantastic derma spa downstairs, and got us in for a treatment which was one of the best facials I’ve ever had! 100% recommend this property!

Nothing really substantial. Minor inconvenience was only the creaky noise made by the shower door. The smell of air freshener was maybe a bit too intense, especially in the lift.

The host was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. It was very well equipped with all needed utensils, for example for dishwasher and washing machine. Mattresses and pillows were really comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. The view from the balcony is marvellous. As for location there are plenty of shops in the area, also some restaurants. It is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Mellieha.

it was cold, one of the AC wasn’t working, the floor was extremely cold and we didn’t have slippers. We stayed at the first floor, so the view was partial. Also, a microwave would have been great.

spacious, clean and modern apartment, extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Close to a pub and a restaurant but a bit far than what we thought from the centre and the Sandy beach. this can be a problem when the buses have delays.
