We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

MaltaAt least in the kitchen must have microwave to heat fast food and todlers milk,more toilet rolls,more towels we had only 1 towel per person and on the web site said that there is a washing machine and we didnt find it.If you are travelling with pets be ready to pay fees.they charged us 45 euros for two medium dogs for 3 nights.other locations are free of charge.

The apartment was really big and had all necessary things to cook and to stay, we were even provided with towels for the beach. There is air conditioning and hot water. The location is exceptional, really close to the Xlandi beach and near restaurants and a small supermarket. There’s an elevador as well, which was great as we were on the third floor.
