The elevator wasn't work well, very often it was needed to wait at least 3 and more minutes for the elevator. Also the smell in the room wasn't very good. Sometimes there was a smell of sewage.

The rooms are always thoroughly cleaned, the staff is friendly, the location is very convenient and breakfast was also good. I would recommend it to others.

Location was very central , It was nice to be welcoed with drinks and a snack in the room . There was coffe , tea , mil , teh room service even knocked to see if need any topping up .But the best of all was the buffet breakfast . The freshly squeezed orange juice was awesome . would definetly recommend . Staff are very friendle and helpful. water fountains to fill up your water bottles.

Stuff was very weloming, kind and polite. They answered all of our queires without the problem. Cleaning service was great and they left us little chocolate every time they cleaed room. Upon our arrival we got flowers for womens day and we recieved welcoming package in our room of Maltas sweets. Room was spacious and had everything for great vacation. Hotel pool is great and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and very well organized.

Around the pool people just left towels on the sunbeds when they left and there are signs to say after 30mins the towels will be removed but they weren't. Either put signs to say please remove towel when leaving or make sure staff as clearing away as it looked messy and struggled to find a bed one day.

Very comfortable beds, shower was great, lovely amenities and touches. The rooftop pool was great, warm enough to use, which is why we booked this hotel. Breakfast was brilliant. Catered for dietary requirements - I am celiac and every morning I got a GF baguette in a sealed bag.

Location is a bit of a party place, very busy and relatively noisy. Breakfast was a bit basic and could be improved.

Room was great - clean and big, staff were very nice and efficient. Rooftop swimming pool is very nice with a great view (towels are provided which was a positive surprise).

We didn't have any toiletries in our room at all the first few days until I asked for them. Little strange I thought. Towels were scarce and very washed out.

The only negative aspect is if your room is having partial sea view the music can be loud from the surrounding bars. But the isolation is good and with closed doors you are hearing very little noise from outside.

Everything was excellent. The staff is really friendly and welcoming, here to answer all questions. Special kudos to the guy welcoming the guests in the restaurant during breakfast - so much spreading positive energy. All facilities are super clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed. After the room is cleaned, lady came to ask if we were satisfied from the cleaning which was amazing. For breakfast there are variety of options. And you can ask for a coffee from the bartender which is btw amazing! All in all, if going back be. Hotel will be again! Free wifi on point around the whole hotel.

The area is a bit noisy, but we knew it before going there, still acceptable.

Rooms are very comfortable, the swimming pool in the 11th floor is fantastic, breakfast is quite good too, and people working at the reception are very friendly. There is also the possibility of parking a car at the hotel, not for free, but very cheap (just 5 euros every time you get out of the parking). Finally the hotel is situated in a shopping area and very close to the beach.

There was a lot of construction work going on which meant when the room window was open it was very loud. But that is not hotels fault.

The hotel was located in a great area, close, walking distance to all that is needed. Nightlife is just a short stroll away. Breakfast had a great selection, however would be great if it has extended hours like Saturday and Sunday till 11am.

The construction across the street was loud and started around 5 am. The party area was loud till the late hours. And the room was hot!!!! So we slept with balcony doors open, it was the only way to shut off the heating system, by opening the door.

Awesome location. Amazing staff. I had an accident while arriving in malta and staff checked in on me every day, which was so nice. Property was beautiful. The room was great, beda comfortable. And breakfast was good.

The food for breakfast was the same every day, and the bread wasn't fresh. The hotel is located inside a shopping center, which can be quote disturbing
