We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only reason I have scored 9 rather than 10 is the complicated online check in process. It doesn't work. I messaged the hotel directly and Ana acknowledged this. Fortunately the issue was resolved by good old fashioned friendly staff being present on our arrival. However, I did notice another couple experiencing issues getting into their room when they arrived late afternoon and they had to be taken through the process on the phone
Lovely boutique hotel one street back from the seafront. Excellent self service breakfast with the option of freshly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage and beans if required. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and a powerful shower. Lovely quiet terrace. There was an issue with a water leak in an adjoining building but this was quickly resolved by the staff. I would happily return

GermanyUnfortunately we came late and google maps showed the address differently so i was stressed and was not so nice to the person on the phone from the hotel. That was very rude of me and I am very sorry of my behaviour but they were very kind to accept my apology. Before going to to hotel I read some negative comments about the humidity smell in the rooms, however this didn't exit in the room and our room was downstairs. You can get the smell in the entrance but nothing in the room or in the breakfast area.
The location is very close to many great places. The breakfast has many varieties. The room is very comfortable, clean and it was good that it has a separate dressing area. And since the plug-in is different than other EU countries, they were super nice to leave a converter in the room before we arrived. It was also very good that they changed the towels daily and left water in the room. Customer service was very kind, respond fast and easy to reach.

Amazing place beautiful room lovely hidden boutique away from the crowds but close enough to sliema waterfront to walk Spinola bay if you fancied something g a bit more livelier rooms are beautifully decorated if you needed anything you just need to ask, we even had a cake with a candle for breakfast as it was my sisters birthday whilst we were there

United KingdomThe online check-in and verification was something that I had not experienced before. It wasn't too onerous, but an easier on-site option would have been good. You do need a smartphone and an app to get in to the property/room for the first time, but keycards are provided in the room once you are in.
All aspects of our stay were very good. Nice sized room with separate bathroom and shower spaces, great central location. The room was nicely furnished and clean. Breakfast was cooked to order with a large selection of breads, cheeses, meat and fruit. All queries were replied to super fast. Thank you!!

RomaniaThe room was dark (you cannot gauge this from the pictures) and humid. The window opens to a wall, and little to no air/light comes through. Hence the moldy smell everyone is complaining about. I suggest the accommodation invests in a professional dehumidifier because I think staying in such spaces is quite unhealthy.
I 1000% recommend this place - close to the beach, great restaurants, public transport nearby, and such a great overall value for money. Delicious breakfast included and extremely comfortable rooms. The room was spacious, the bed was soft and large. The staff was friendly too - prepared a goodie bag for our last day as we couldn't serve breakfast at the property. Always so attentive toward our comfort.
