We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- Some staff were rude, for example at breakfast I asked where the condiments were and a man said OVER THERE OVER THERE and just pointed, then I thought it was self serve (there was no signs or anything) so I picked up tongs and the cook snatched them off me and just gave me a death stare without saying a word - Room wasn’t cleaned every day, there was one time where I asked them to come back later as I was getting ready so I left the please clean my room sign on my door as I went out for the day however when I came back later that evening it was the same as when I left - The room was also advertised as air-con but it wasn’t actually it was just a fan on the ceiling, mine of which was a MAJOR health and safety risk as it was hanging by a thread so I barely had it on and when I did it was on the lowest setting as I was worried it was going to fall off
+ Perfect location near shops, main square and bus station for access anywhere on the island + Cooked breakfast provided every morning and also the option of fruit, cereal, sweets etc + Towels provided on each room clean so I didn’t have to take my own with me + Solo trip so just for myself it was fine overall, however definitely not 4 star worthy

NetherlandsThe hotel is very outdated. The rooms furniture is old fashioned, broken chairs… Uncomfortable mattress. One night it was very windy and the window was making a lot of noise and when we checked it out we found out the whole window frame was loose and moving… so we didn’t get any sleep with all that noise. No remote control for the TV in the room and you have to pay a pay 10€ to get it. Very basic breakfast.
The location is great, close to the beach, bus station and good restaurants. Good price

I went with my Nan and there was evening functions on for her - not necessarily the place to go for younger people but she loved it! The staff was very friendly and done her a bday cake at a little cost.

PolandBig organized groups of teens or students accomodated. We had them from Italy and Germany. Both emitating noise after 10 pm., screams, banging on the door, without any rules as there were only they.
My wife is vege, so I was surprised that in breakfast and dinner she could choose many vege options. And deserts - delicious.

SlovakiaNext to the hotel is a building in construction and opposite is a big crane. Lucky when you will have a room with balcony to pool, not the street. Breakfasts and dinners offered an adequate selection of food for the price paid, but I miss more fresh vegetables and fruit. Dinner drinks were chargeable.
Hotel is situated in the middle of Qawra, nearby main Buggiba bay bus station, what is perfect to plan any trip around the island and about 3 minutes away from the beach. Room was clean, towels were changed everyday. Pool area is full of sunbeds. Inside pool was heated, even whirpool and sauna was there. The rooms are going to be renovated step by step. On the 5th floor worked on them. The lobby has a luxurious touch with marble.

MaltaThe hotel is in a good location, but it needs a major upgrade, there was no water to have shower in the morning, the lifts are not in a good condition, I stayed at the hotel 5 nights, they came to clean the room but did not change the sheets. This hotel it's definitely not a 4* star hotel, maybe 3 at best.
