This apartment is perfection. Patrick and Diane greeted us warmly. Patrick showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and provided some very helpful suggestions for our 6 days in Malta. We stayed in Apartment 4 on the third floor. There is an excellent elevator that reaches every level and only one step from the sidewalk. The apartment is on a quiet street, centrally located, one block from pedestrianized Merchant Street and a short walk from Republic Street. There are many restaurants, bars and stores nearby, including a convenient market. Buses and ferries are within easy walking distance. The apartment is huge, with a very comfortable queen (or larger) bed and a separate twin bedroom. We slept very well. There are three heating and cooling units. There is very generous storage throughout the apartment. WiFi is strong everywhere. There is a comfortable sitting area with a large smart TV. The kitchen has a table for four and everything you need, including a coffeemaker and refrigerator. Patrick provided coffee pods, a large bottle of water, and snacks. The bathroom is large and offers every convenience, including a heater above the door, a hair dryer, and good storage . We had plenty of towels. The shower is wonderful and shampoos were provided, as well as multiple rolls of toilet paper. The washer is excellent and there is a large area to hang clothes to dry in the large bedroom. The terrace is beautiful, with lots of plants and multiple levels, and WiFi. The view of the Grand Harbor is memorable, and we were fortunate to see a wonderful fireworks display from the top level. David, the taxi driver Patrick recommended, was professional, reliable and friendly. Patrick and Diane have been thoughtful in how they designed the apartment, and they are passionate about offering genuine hospitality. Communications were excellent before and during the stay. This is one of the very best places we have stayed during our many travels, perhaps the best.

Patrick was awesome, super friendly and gave amazing advice on arrival about where we were and what to see. The apartment was clean, well laid out and the rooftop was amazing!

The property is fantastic in every respect. It is clean, spacious and really well equipped covering everything we would need during our stay. The roof terrace has spectacular views across the city and grand harbour, a great place for a drink after a day of exploring Valletta. Patrick and Diane are dream hosts who welcomed us personally on our first day, showed us around the apartment and provided lots of great ideas for our stay. They were also easy to contact if we had any questions or queries. It was a lovely place to stay in and we will definitely return

Perfect Place for visiting Valetta. You need no car. A lot of nice local Restaurants are around. Beautiful roof top terrace to relax with a glass of wine.

The apartment was very spacious, clean & well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped including a coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods. Everything you could need was there including a welcome basket of croissants snacks jam etc. The bedrooms had plenty of storage & comfortable beds . There were smart tvs & good WiFi . Patrick & Diane were excellent, friendly hosts, not only there to greet us as we arrived & explain how everything worked & give us great tips about the local area but also available at any time if we needed . We could not have asked for more & they made our visit very enjoyable.

Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location, couldn't be any better for seeing Valletta. Patrick was extremely helpful in organising taxis to and from the airport and showing us how the apartment facilities worked on arrival, as well as explaining what was in the local area. The apartment has everything you could need, the pictures are accurate and has the bonus of a lift and beautiful roof terraces.

Had everything we needed. Excellent location in the old town - minutes walk from all the sights. Lovely rooftop terrace which we sadly didn’t use as it was a bit too chilly in February. Lovely, responsive hosts.

Perfect location for exploring Valetta. Very central for all the main attraction and the mamy excellent restaurants. Very comfortable clean apartment. The food market is right next door. The apartment was in a characterful old building but the interior decor was modern . The bad was very comfortable. We got a nice apartment on the first floor. There was an elevator in the building and beautiful mezzanine on the roof. We would gladly return next time we visit Malta.

Everything was perfect. Only the bedroom facing the streets might be an issue for volume sensitive persons.

The lovely appartment is absolutely well equipped with everything you might need. Its location is absolutely perfect for visiting Valletta or the surrounding cities. A very amazing highlight is the roof terrace, with a beautiful view =) Patrick and his wife are very helfpul, great hosts!

Everything was perfect. Very nice hosts, perfect apartment with all the facilities you need. Location is also great in the Old Town. We had a very nice time there and would like to go again.

Perfect location, very central yet quiet. We couldn’t hear any other noise from other apartments or street below. Warmest welcome, greeted like friends with kindness and thoughtful advice. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. The roof terrace was a real highlight where we enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks, whilst looking at the beautiful view.

Having to use the lift was a bit of a pain. We would have used the roof terrace more if we could have just nipped up the stairs. This is a very, very minor point though.

Fantastic apartment in central Valletta. Everything provided and the hosts were amazing. They arranged for a taxi pickup from the airport, met us on arrival and again on checkout. Great welcome pack including bread and snacks. Plenty of coffee/tea provided.
