Just the location was a bit further out than I expected.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, the rooms were cleaned everyday.

We had a nice 2 days trip in Malta. The hotel was really nice and very clean. The room is very spacious . Specially thanks to the receptionist (I don't remember her name, sorry 😅). She gave all the information about Malta, travel map, must visit locations and what to do, even an information paper in our language (greek). I recommend it for sure!

There are no kitchen associated with the hotel which would have been useful for breakfast.

Room and hotel were very good. Staff excellent - I had a couple of problems with the keycard for the room but the staff were v. helpful in dealing with it. Be aware, though, that Reception is normally only staffed until about 4 / 5 pm. After that, if there is a problem, you will need to phone someone to come along to sort things out so for your arrival day make sure you have that phone number in case your flight, etc. is delayed.

Only minor inconvenience - walls are probably a bit thin so it's quite easy to hear noises from the rest of the hotel - nothing major, just something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

Really good location, close to everything (a pleasant 25 mins walk to both Valletta or Sliema, or a very short bus ride) - including a supermarket and a few restaurants, but overall very quiet. The size of the room (actually a studio flat) was really good and staff was also very helpful, friendly and attentive.

We couldn't completely lower the curtains, and because of that we had a lot of sunlight in the morning. There was some moisture in room/toilet which caused a bit unpleasant smell. Bed was comfortable, but a bit short for people over 6ft/1.8m

Coffee and tea were present, and the appartment was well equiped. Location of the hotel is great. Bus stop is right below/above the hotel and you can reach either Sliema or Valletta easily. There are good restaurants around as well. Staff was great and helpful.

Great location, very helpful staff, upon check-in we received additional information about places worth visiting, along with a map and approximate ferry prices to Gozo. There is a great terrace on the roof with a jacuzzi, a great place for morning coffee with views of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms is ensured at a perfect level. I honestly recommend it to undecided people.

A bit of mold on the ceiling in the shower looked ugly at first look, just do something with this. A small chair for sitting on the balcony was missing.

Excellent location, close to bus stops, close to Valletta, also to restaurants and cafes. Pleasant interior and smiling, helpful receptionists. The room is completely sufficient to sleep for a few days in Malta, which you always spend on trips around the island anyway. Cleaning was good.

Overhead shower didn't stay on so had to use detachable showerhead. Unavoidable given the location really but was some noise outside at night (cars, dogs, people as it was Saturday night) but with some earplugs i slept well.

The interior of the hotel is charming, and the staff is very warm and helpful, providing information for our travels. We stayed for 2 nights to explore Valletta and Mdina. The location is convenient, with several bus stations nearby. The roof terrace on top of the building offers panoramic views. We also loved the pizzeria recommended by the hotel.

The hotel and room were noticebly clean. Sun deck and basin on the roof we did not expect. Personel was polite and friendly. Bed was made every day and towels were changad every day as well. Coffee, tea, milk and sugar were aded every day. Bathroom was clean, no comment. Bus stop is realy cllose and Valletta is only 4 stops away. Meet the cat in the basket on the way. There is nothing to say but excellent.

Beds are advertised as a large double, but all of them are made of 2 singles zipped together. That is misleading when booking. No mosquito nets on windows, we had to fight with a few mosquitos inside the room. Toilet seat was slipping off to one side every time you sat down. Cleaning staff threw out some of our things that were on the nightstand and clothing disappeared from inside cupboard. They should only remove/throw out things that are inside the bin, everything else should not be touched! Because of these issues can only give 8 points out of 10. One other small issue, no access to cutlery in the afternoon/night time. They have tables and chairs on top floor to eat take away food in the evening and the hotel does have a kitchen, but noone around to ask for cutlery after reception closes about 5 pm. So best to prepare ahead and ask for cutlery at breakfast time.

Location is perfect, close to bus stop and coffee shops, take away shops, marina, other shops etc, all are just about 2 streets away. Secure entry into the building and lift available. Room is spacious and clean, bathroom is nice, shower was leaking, but it was repaired immediately, after that it had good pressure. Mattress was comfortable.. Plug sockets available near bed/nightstand. Hairdryer and kettle/tea/coffee were provided. Receptionists are very helpful and kind.
