The room was just one floor up from a restaurante and it was very noisy until 12am.

Location. The staff was really helpful. The room was modern and very well decorated. The breakfast was very good.

No elevator.It is difficult to walk on the stairs with your luggage.Breakfast not serve in the same building.Difficult to find out the place for the breakfast.The property is difficulty to find out.

The attractions are just a walking distance.A lot of restaurant when you go out of the building.Many groceries store around the area.

The AC was centralized meaning I couldn’t control the temp. I had a standard room which didn’t have a window, and only ventilation was through the internal of the building. This meant if the door was open, I would get the fishy restaurant smells, and if it was closed the only option was heat through the AC. It was very hot at night and the hotel wouldn’t change it as they weren’t allowed, despite it being quite warm.

Location was amazing! Valletta old town was definitely the best place to stay for restaurants, bars and access to everything such a tour picks ups, ferry etc.

We would not have booked if we’d known the lift did not work. Breakfast was at a remote location, much further away than advised. Food and service on first day was good. On two subsequent days, the staff were overwhelmed by demand. The shower needed a good clean.

Facilities looked like they were under construction. Lift was broken. Since there were no windows in the room there was little ventilation and a moldy or damp smell was present the entire stay.

Very central location, perfect for exploring Valletta. Breakfast was hosted at a nearby restaurant, basic buffet but prefect for the price.

Entrance is confusing because there’s little sign which you can barely see. We didn’t have window in our room and the biggest issue is weird smell in room mixed with restaurant smell from hallway. Basically entrance of hotel is also kitchen entrance of some restaurant. We didn’t have door in the shower.

Great staff. They gave us two more hours for check out because I was sick that morning. Also location is perfect.

If you like a firmer bed, you are not going to enjoy this one. The bed was too soft for me. The shower walls were moldy. The air in the room was musty despite the ventilation system.

The location is outstanding, it’s very lively, lots of restaurants around, everything you need is within your reach. The staff was very helpful and someone was at the reception at all times during our stay. The bathroom water pressure was amazing.

No one on (tiny) reception desk at all during our stay, even though we were repeatedly told someone was coming. No directions or details of how to get there as taxi not allowed on road outside and taxi driver could not find it when we arrived. No need for code for outside glass door as broken and permanently open. Lift broken but rooms on floors 1 to 3 so ok for us. Kitchen on ground floor for restaurant outside (no connection to guest rooms) so entrance hall is a busy thoroughfare. Very noisy from live music a few doors down in front room 204 so we moved to rear room 203 which was fine but no exterior window. No instructions on how to use safe box in room (no code and not fastened down!). Had to rely on cleaning staff, waiters and messages via Booking.com to get any information.

Lovely warm room 203, very comfortable beds, great hot shower. Very modern and tasteful. Right in the centre of town on a pedestrianised street full of tables for cafes and restaurants.

The location. Right at the center of Valetta. Full of life and you had everything you wanted two steps away. Wonderful.

Man! First thing they need to clarify is that the place is on a walk street!! Hence, tha taxi will never will drop you in the property! You need to walk a block. There is just a small sign at the entrance that you do not realize about it because is hidden in the bushes. Nobody tells you that actually the property is inside of a restaurant. It is not a hotel but nor a guest house. It is a kind of guest house with the structure of a hotel. Nobody is at the reception at no time no day, the breakfast at Merkanti restaurant is a joke but the worst is the Asian lady in the restaurant, she has no idea of customer service. The lift was out of service and although they told me in advance, i did not expect a room in the 5th floor! They compensated it with complimentary taxi to the airport upon check out and it was great! Thanks! Only way to get communication with a representative was through whatsApp. They always attended it

The best is the location! You’re in Valetta! In the middle of everything and close to every place! Just a few blocks or steps from great places around. Merchant street is full of reataurants and bars

Not a cupboard area, had to live out the suitcase. The breakfast was ridiculous, continental breakfast, not told when we booked it would be continental didn't even know what that was. Should not have even been an option. Treated like school children where we were sat down and got the bare minimum. We weren't even allowed cereal or ham/cheese on our bread!! Worst service ever. The guy had the cheek to say we can upgrade by 8 euros per person. Went to other breakfast places where we could have eggs, beans etc for a good price. Only 6 euro 50 cents.
