We have just returned from a great stay at Falcon Court. Clean, tidy and comfortable. I have stayed in numerous properties in Malta over the years and this ranks as one of the top places I have stayed in. Rabat is a great area to stay and this apartment is central to the town and a great place to explore the island. The area was extremely quiet but do remember there is a school at the back. It was holidays so we had no noise. If you are wanting tranquility then this place isn't for you. That said we are early risers so it certainly wouldn't put us off returning here. The balcony here is perfect. It's part enclosed so is great to sit out in in all weathers.

The kids on the school yard are very loud when they start with sport sessions at 7 in the morning (but that is no problem on weekends or holiday time, then it is really quiet). Also the water pressure in the showers was really low and the kitchen could have been cleaner. But everything else was perfect.

The apartment was in a great location and we had everything we needed. Nice restaurants nearby, a few stores, bakery, butcher… You can reach everything in Rabat and Mdina by foot in no more than 10-15 minutes. The apartment had heating/ AC and was very spacious and Donna was a great host with lots of tips and quick to respond to questions we had. We would recommend the apartment.

Complementary milk would have been nice to have on arrival as well as more toiletries .. Soap , toilet roll / kitchen roll would have been nice as there was very little of both . Opened food had been left in cupboards .

Great location , shops are very close at hand . The apartment was clean , modern and spacious . It has everything you need facility wise . Our host was very friendly and helpful .

Beautiful apartment that offers everything you need. Our kids especially loved the balcony. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Everything was exceptionally clean. A really pleasant stay.

Parking van be difficult, especially if you arrive there late at night. However parking is free of charge.

Lovely location in the beautiful city of Rabat. The appartment has been very comfortable and fully equipped. The owner is very kind amd super helpful. Easy shopping around the premises. Two food stores on the street, a pharmacy amd bakery close by. Air conditioning in every room, which was much needed as it was super hot during the whole week. There is even a small lift, so taking your luggage to the 3rd floor is easy this way. There had been some power outages the night before we left. Eventough it has been hot it was fun to see the city so slowed down and peaceful.

There is a huge school playground right behind the house and the kids are quite noisy since 7am in May/June, so some compromises between sleeping late, having a window opened during the nigt or sleeping with earplugs have to be made. During the summer break this should not be a problem I guess...

The appartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, also very good located. The terrace is quite large as well. Ir-Rabat and close to it Mdina really have the spirit and are a good location for trips all around the island. The host was nice and helpful. All the necesarry groceries can be bought in the distance of 80m from the appartment (grocery store, bakery, butcher, fast food window, fruit and vegetable shop).

The apartment was located in one of the main area. we arrived at the peak of feast celebration and it was very convenient. Very clean and comfortable, extra blanket and pillows were available. Would definitely recommend it.

Finding a parking space at times was a little stressful. Have a preference for bedding to be ironed which would improve first impressions. Should indicate that the apartment backs on to a school which on weekdays was very noisy from 7.00am onwards. We didn’t mind as we are early risers and we’re out most of the day. Pupils had gone home by the time we returned to the apartment. Obviously in school holidays this would not be an issue.

Location excellent for all amenities. Comfortable and spacious with excellent hosts who dealt with any issues promptly and courteously.

Nothing we didn't like!!

Beautifully decorated, modern and comfortable appartment with lift. Immaculately presented. Three large and spacious bedrooms with copious amounts of storage. Large bathroom and en-suite, which again were both modern and spotless. Very well equipped kitchen with some unexpected extras like teabags, herbs and spices - shame we didnt eat in more! Washing machine, which was a god send, in its own little laundry room, which also house ironing board, brush, cleaning products, etc - which I personally loved! Handy information pack with instructions for rubbish collection days, etc. Three very handy convenience stores right within metres of the appartment and a fresh bakery 2 minutes walk away. Owners are lovely and very responsive if we had any questions. If you are looking for a traditional village location and a home from home feel - this is your place. You won't be disappointed!! Thankyou....... 😃

early morning construction on the road, a bit dusty floors, there were some food leftovers in the fridge and freezer. No barbecue like stated.

Good location, nice three bedrooms (2 of them had AC). Large terrace, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, parking near the house.
