Not their fault , but the building next door was having renovation work which was extremely noisy at times. No hot water one evening .

The receptionist was present at limited times during the day(I only saw them once in three days), which was not ideal to us because we needed some extra towels and information, and we always had to call the property on the phone. On the last day they replied too late on our request for a late check out, and the luggage room is not attended by any personnel, so we couldn’t leave the luggage there on the last day. Furthermore, the cleaning service came once in three days and unfortunately did not clean the floor of the room, that it was full of sand due to swimming in the sea

The room was newly renovated and modern, very nice style and excellent position! The port is just 8 minutes walking away, and from there it is possible to take the boats to Valletta and other boat tours to explore Malta

We stayed a week so little annoying things started to multiply fast. The room wasn't serviced on day 3 as it should, even towels were not changed, we had to ask for it next day. Cleaning staff LEFT THE ROOM DOOR OPEN AND UNLOCKED. Nothing was missing fortunately. Staff were very nice and friendly but not very efficient. Our requests were easily forgotten. Tea, coffee, sugar im the room was never replenished, even when the room was serviced We could use coffee machine downstairs but one day there were no coffee capsules, next day no water in the machine, then no cups. Extremely uncomfortable pillows There were too many gadgets with the lights on in the room so the room wasnt dark at night to help with good sleep (aircon, exit sign, tv, phone, movement detectors, electric switch panel, sockets - they all were lit quite brightly).

Location, friendly staff, large and functional room. Comfortable bed (but not the pillow). Perfect for a short 1-2 night stay.

Nothing really! Just a heads up if you’re going from the UK you might need to bring a 3 pin plug adapter as all the appliances in the room (hairdryer, lamp, kettle etc) have 2-pin plugs so don’t fit in the walls. We managed to grab one at reception by taking things into our own hands as the reception was mostly empty

Lovely guesthouse, very comfortable bed, large sized room with balcony. Great area with a large shopping centre at the end of the road.Easy to get around the island with the ferry very close by. Lots of restaurants all in local vicinity.

We rented a car so parking was a bit difficult sometimes as no parking available from hotel

Very clean and room sizes were really big. There was a coffee machine and water to help yourself to in the lobby. The shower was really good. Location is right next to the point mall and central sliema.

Parking was difficult but that’s no reflection on the property. It says in the description no parking however this is the only fault I can identify.

No personnel on the reception, and during check out, i need to pay 4 eur. There was only room made, who didn't know how to use terminal, so only one opportunity to pay - in cash. The amount isn't big, but still you need to have it. 2nd case, TV disappeared from my room and no one notify me, that it would happened. Nobody even didn't left a notification, that it was taken for service. Only after i called to emergency number of hotel, they told me the reason.

Great location, comfortable bed. Everything was clean, and one of the advantage, you could always refill water from the reception.

The hotel was quick to help us with the bed. The service staff was very friendly. There are two spar supermarkets around. I highly recommend this hotel. Check in and check out was easy.

Absolutely everything, the location is near ferry, shopping centre, short walkable distance to many restaurants, easy check in and out even outside working reception hours, and most of all the host Ben was fast to respond with all our inquiries and made us feel at home, the rooms are spacious and clean although in the busy area it was nice and calm. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!
