The balcony door was broken (?) and very hard to open/close. There was no coffee/tea making possibility in the room.

Absolutely everything, from the collection from the airport and back again. Every single member of staff were polite, courteous and extremely helpful - from Reception to Housekeeping. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels but have never experienced anything close to the level of customer service provided by Hilton Malta - exceptional.

ROOMS & Staff: Spacious and large complex, very comfortable and high-quality furniture and equipment. Pool area very clean, you can relax and read a book. Staff and employees are very friendly and courteous, even personal wishes were not overlooked. free, versatile fitness area and spa. Very nice sea view. BREAKFAST: Very large breakfast rooms inside and outside and very good international cuisine, including typical local dishes. Varied and of high quality. Freshly squeezed fruit juices, farmhouse bread. Vegans and vegetarians in particular will feel very comfortable here. There are also many different hot dishes with or without meat. I am very disappointed that I was overcharged. On challenge the desk staff, I got nowhere. We also paid for a marina, we were put in a garden view. It was very nice but not what we paid for.

Having to leave was the only thing we didn't like! The table tennis room was a little tired but that was it!

We loved everything about this hotel. The welcome glass of fizz set the tone. The staff couldn't do enough for the family during our stay. The pools were amazing, obviously helped by the glorious sunny weather during our stay. Who thought it would be warm enough to swim outside in early April! The room was great, with a view to match. The breakfast was as good as we've had in any hotel around the World. This truly was a great family stay.

The Spa booked us for a slot which we could not attend and when we tried cancelling, they were attempting to put cancellation charges which was not discussed before hand. I felt that was not professional. Otherwise hotel staff were very friendly.

The receptionist who checked us in was a bit rude but the manager sorted it out for us because the location of the first room was hard to find, far from the lounge and confusing.

1) The Fitness Center was excellent, especially Karol was really nice and friendly, he went above and beyond - even letting me stay a little bit after 10 pm (closing hours) in order let me complete my daily steps. Every time we went to ask something they were super helpful. 2) The reception manager was willing to let us change our room because we did not like the location. 3) We liked the outdoor pool, the view of the sea, the executive lounge and the selection of breakfast and dinner.

Executive package was first class. Lovely lounge with sea views. Peaceful and calm. Staff very hardworking and extremely helpful . Breakfast lovely and daily high tea exceptional. Room cleaned to a very high standard. Ate in all hotel restaurants and they were all first class.

We stayed in March and had wonderful weather but our room was very warm in the evenings. The AC options were set to a heat mode that we couldn’t change. We had varying feedback from reception staff - open balcony door (we had two kids so didn’t feel comfortable with this option over night), “we will send someone to look at it” (didn’t notice any change), “it’s technically the winter period so we have heating on”. However it didn’t overshadow the great stay that we had! But would have made our sleeping situation a little more comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, nice varied breakfast and clean. Fantastic views from our balcony! And on my birthday I had a surprise cake & note which was a thoughtful touch!

The breakfast cook looked me straight in my eyes and said they do not offer pancakes and then 10 seconds later proceeded to offer pancakes to the next guests. (There was also a sign that said they offer pancakes). Not really sure what that was about...

Best hotel in Malta. Will return for sure. Great staff, great architecture, great room, tasty breakfast, room service food is also very good! Better than all hiltons I stayed at before!
