There was a musty smell in the bathroom. We reported it twice and the staff were responsive but whatever was done didn’t alleviate the smell. The toilet was too low - like being at primary school. Lack of hooks to hang bath towels etc.

Fabulous location. We booked a seaview room and the view was breathtaking.

Foyer was too hot we needed to wait for a while for taxi home. Pillows are uncomfortable. Balcony isn’t really worth it as it’s in the middle of the building and no real sun can reach it. It all was clean but could have been cleaner. The shower needs more pressure. And the bathroom is huge but no surfaces to put anything. Towels in bathroom are tiny but you do get a standard size robe. The pool area could do with a few chairs as well as the loungers. Breakfast was amazing if you have no problems but we asked at reception about gluten free and were told yes we have it; I asked the chef for gluten free he did bring out toast but didn’t explain what else I could eat and everything was a contamination risk.

Location is perfect, Room is really big, bed is a good size, shower is huge, staff were amazing. Pool is a great feature. Good breakfast. Good aircon.

The breakfast was bang average despite a wealth of choice. Sauna not hot enough but mild complaints overall

The guy on the front desk went above and beyond his responsibilities. He was head and shoulders above all other staff members there and at most other hotels. Kudos

during morning peak hours is hard to enter the breakfast zone - you have to wait in a queue and be called by the staff (in our case it was ca. 30 min); not diversified breakfast options what can be some problem in case of longer stay; the room isn't soundproof

The pool area was somewhat of a disappointment, but we weren't there for the pool, so it didn't bother us much. The view from up there is spectacular though.

The location is perfect, as is the view from the room, spanning across the bay. We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed, tasty breakfast and friendly staff.

We did not like the indoor little pool. It was smelly and the water didn’t look clean.

The hotel is well located. The staff is very friendly and will offer you an excellent customer service. The suite was clean, spacious and had a nice view from the balcony. Toilet has everything you need. We came to Malta for my birthday and the hotel has a little surprise for us when we arrived. It was a very nice gesture.

The only slight downside is the road outside the front of the property is quite busy, so it was a tad noisy when sitting on our balcony (we booked a sea view room).

The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive and really helpful when asked questions about getting around the island. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was really good with so much variety there is something for everyone. The hotel is in walking distance of so many great bars and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk from the ferry port to get to Valetta.

It was a bit busy at breakfast and it was stressful to wait for seating when you booked a trip or something and had to keep time. Ask guest for preferred seating and avoid everybody coming at the same time

On our last night we decided to have a meal in the Hotel Restaurant, we being the only 2 at the time, we decided to do this having tried some amazing restaurants each night of our stay. Wish we hadn't, the food was very bland and poor quality and as stated we were the only 2. I had salmon with roast potatoes, which were not roasted with veg, about a tablespoon of and the salmon was the smallest piece you could wish for, no dressing etc. In all it was very bland. My wife had a vegetable curry which was a bowl full of rice with a rare sighting of a vegetable. Not worth the 50 Euros or more.

Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. The room was excellent with great views of the harbour and it was comfortable.

The only thing I thought is that on the breakfast there is not a lot of vegetables to choose. But everything else is great.

The staff is great! The hotel is very nice and the location is amazing. We arrived in the morning because of our early flight and I contacted the hotel asking if they could let us check in early and as we arrived at 10AM the room was already prepared and staff welcomes us so nicely! ❤️ The view from our room was perfect!!! Everything is clean, breakfast are super nice and fresh. And although the hotel is near cafes, bars and restaurants it’s really quiet and peacefull. Loved it!

The bathroom was too dark and enclosed, and not well designed.

We loved the friendly staff, the modern facilities, including an indoor heated pool, extensive breakfast menu, the location and the views from the rooftop. Also enjoyed having a balcony with a partial sea view. Highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay while in Sliema

I would have expected a little more from a new 4 star hotel. If you don't pay for a room with a view than be prepared to see no day light at all. Our window faced some indoor court that was more like a shaft. The bathroom seemed already worn down. The pool is a joke. Freezing cold and very small.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Breakfast, although the same every day was ok. Room was spacious Bed comfortable. Sauna and fitness were nice.
