The shower did not keep a constant temperature, fluctuating from hot to cold.

The location was my favourite selling point for the hotel, nestled in a classic narrow Valletta street. The hotel front is beautifully understated, I really liked the aesthetic. It's near enough to the heart of Valletta that I felt kind of smug walking off of the main tourist street into my quiet side street. The breakfast a la carte menu was nice, sampled a few things over the days we were there, all good. That is supplemented by a small buffet with pastries and cereal etc, very nice!

Room was a bit on a smaller side Surprisingly there was only one English TV channel - France 24 News

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a small buffet and various hot dishes made to order Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, room equipped with a small fridge, safe and a kettle Staff is very accommodating and eager to assist with any requests Very walkable to all the main attractions in Valletta, located on a nice quiet street right outside the city center - there's an embassy across the street, so there's a policeman on duty 24/7. Easy walk to bus station or ferries.

The hotel is very well placed in the center of Valletta, all the attractions are in a walking distance. The bedroom had a good size and had a good sound isolation, no noises coming from outside. We traveled with a 18month baby and everyone was very kind and helpful with preparing and heating food for the baby and interacting with us.

My daughter was sick and the hotel extended our check-out, so that she could rest in the room before the taxi came to take us to the airport - really appreciated the exceptional customer service. Also, the breakfast was excellent - really appreciated the possibility to order every morning without wasting food at the breakfast buffet.

The balcony view was nothing like the picture in the add- it was of the building across the street. But still a lovely room.

Lovely place to stay in a great location in the center of town. Walk to all attractions on the city. Clean and pretty facilities. Nice breakfast. They kept our bags for us when we got there early and left later & also called us a taxi to the airport.

There was only one problem, and it was with the shower. The tile was very slippery, and the shower sometimes kept switching between hot and cold. It was a minor convinience though, and I kept forgetting telling this problem to the reception. It didn’t take away from out great experience at this accommodation.

Location is amazing, everything is so close to this one. Staff is very attentive and friendly. We liked the a la carte breakfast, the buffet one could have a bit more options, but the things available were tasty. We got upgraded room that has exceptionally beautiful view and also a small balcony. They left decoration in our room as we travelled for my mom’s bday! Such great hospitality. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel, and we really enjoyed staying here!

Breakfast tasty and staff super friendly and very attentive. Room was great with a very nice view of Valletta and a bit of Sliema. Also very clean! Location can't get much better since you're right in Valletta but at the same time in a quiet side road.
