Firstly I would like to thank for letting us in so early in the morning. We had early flight and were tired afterwards, so the owner kindly agreed to let us in before check in hours. The property looks like palace with high sealing and very expensively well decorated. It has common area for cooking food and gathering with family. By the way the bus stop Mrabat is just one step out of the door. We really enjoyed our stay in “ Palace” :).

-stayed to the room number 2. The door is right next to the central door of the building which is really heavy and noisy so you can hear every time someone comes in or out. It’s a little annoying. Take your earplugs if you are sensitive to noises. -if you like black out during your sleep, DO NOT choose it (room number 2). The windows are facing the road outside so the curtains do not block the sun at all (I attach a photo at 13:00 without any lights turned on). (Dear Nathalie (the hotelier), we already saw 3-4 reviews here saying the same thing about the light.. I am noticing here because she wrote to us that it’s the first time someone mentioned so.. please, go to the apartment in the morning or in the afternoon and you can see it by yourself!) Maybe you have to change the curtains to ‘blacker’ ones.. -maybe another armchair in our room would be useful. We had only one.

There were not enough and conveniently placed power plugs to charge phones. The electricity switch of the bathroom was really inconveniently placed near the front door, had to walk to swich on the light of the bathroom. The curtains could were not so convenient as they were difficult to be kept open and impossible to keep the room dark when closed

The room was very spacious. A very convenient bus stop was right in front of the appartment. Huge, fully equipped kitchen and living room in the ground-floor. Shared, but never had any others during our 4-day stay. A convenience store is situated 3 minutes from the appartment. The Jacuzzy (Room 4) was awsome...

It's not that I didn't like it... it's only my personal suggestion for improvement or to get 10 out of 10... Kitchen could be better equipped and cleaner, more hangers and wordrobe that you can hang up the long dresses, iron & board would be beneficial in the rooms too, if possible move the storage/laundry away from the access to the room because you can hear everything from early morning

Location, contact with the host, size of the room, access to the kitchen, shop and bus stop just at the door, complementary bath gowns, electric rad in the bathroom was great for wet towels or to hung washing

Very specious and lovey room! The bed was very very comfy, one of the best mattresses I have ever slept in.The bath with bubbles was extra relaxing. Very clean, the whole building had very special atmosphere. The shop is 1 minute away and bus stop is opposite the door. The owner is very nice and polite. Highly recommend to everyone, I wish I will be back. 10 out of 10!

It was cold in the room. We had to use to let the AC on all day to warm up a little bit. If we were to visit in a warmer month, this wouldn't have been an issue.

There was no breakfast. The location was fine. Good value for the money.

Maybe the only thing is that outside furniture in the balconies are a bit worn off, and not kept after, the terrace looks really different than in the photos and plastic chairs dirty with pigeon 💩

The location itself was a bit tricky to find at first, but that's normal, after I checked check in instructions from the owner again, found the door entrance right away. Location is amazing in a sense how close everything is! Just outside the front door you will find grocery shop, pizza place, kebab shop, 3-5mins by foot you reach a beautiful bay with bars, cafes and much more. Google baron car hire if you are looking for a ride during your trip, it's very near! 15mins by foot you reach Triq Ix Xatt - busy street with even more to offer + a ferry to Valetta cruising from there every 15mins or so, a lot of private-owned ferry services to islands, excursions and etc. Overall all Sliema and surounding streets and marinas are very picturesque for those nice walks! The owner of the place is very helpful, always responsive and ready to help. She cleans the place every 3 days. We had a bit of inconvenience that the keys were not in the key box, but after a call to host she was there to help 3mins after. Overall experience is very good. Beds are comfy ( I don't remember when was the last time I slept so long) there's Netflix on the TV for those few lazy evenings, shower with all amenities, towels and etc.

we have enjoyed our stay,the room was nice and clean, thank you Natalie for all valuable informations, we hope we'll come back again! The location is also very good in Sliema, with great connection to all cities in the island. There is a nearby mini market, bakery and caffes are only 10 min. walk.

The door of our room (3) was the only one to be see-through. I understand that the doors of the villa are original (I think), but I think this one should be replaced for the guests' privacy...

The atmosphere: the peculiar style of the forniture matches perfectly with the villa and the neighborhood vibe. Even though the price was fair - actually one of the cheapest accommodation I could find -, the room was provided by all the amenities: wine on the desk, bathrobes... Even netflix!

It is very loud inside the room, you can hear the people talking in the kitchen like they are in your room, every door open/closure sounds like slamming. Furthermore, the bath with the shower is inside the bedroom, not very convenient in certain cases. Lighting was a bit poor both in the toilet and the room.

Good location, big room, big bed, fully equipped kitchen. Stylish room and common spaces. Close to a bus stop, convenient shops and the seaside. The host was super friendly.
