We had problem in setting temperature out of the conditioning system. It turn to be or too hot or too cold. Difficolt to set an intermediate automatic temperature. Cost of the room quite high even if it looks in line with Malta similar locations.

Location near by the ferry to La Valletta is very good. The room was correctly set. Personel was smiling and friendly. You feel ok spending your time in this hotel.

We can only comment on the room we were given but I feel it lacked some practical items. (only minor things but worth noting when you pay premium price). Only one hook in the bathroom to hang a towel, bathroom lacked storage space and has potential for shelves, towel rails. No where to store a suitcase in the room, limited storage for two people. After a shower it floods part of the bathroom with no where to drain so floor mats get soaked quite quickly (it’s a walk in shower so no door). Shower pressure was fantastic however it would run out of hot water quite quickly which was disappointing. The pool looks lovely however it was quite cloudy so decided not to swim, could possible do with a clean.

Central location. Rooms are modern and daily house keeping provided. A nice bar/restaurant that overlooks the water with friendly staff and waiters. A fantastic handyman who attended to our safe that had flat batteries. Attend to the issue almost instantly and knew what was wrong. Great maintenance service. Thank you.

I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our stay in Malta. The views were amazing and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Area around the hotel was prefect - plenty of restaurants and bars. 150% recommended!

New hotel, very nicely arranged. We liked the pool the most. It's on the 11th floor with a view of Sliema and Valletta. Hotel has restaurant with good breakfast choice and excellent evening cocktail list. The staff is very friendly. Hotel is close to the ferry and bus station from which you can go to any part of the island. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

Only downside is the hotel breakfast as a bit pricey at €19 each a day. However, it's because it's served by the nice restaurant linked to the hotel, and matches their price range. We ate there a couple of times and it was great quality. And if you want something cheaper, there's loads of cafes and restaurants less than a minute's walk from the hotel anyway!

Beautiful modern hotel! Loved the pool, perfect for the time of year we were visiting as it was enclosed and would've been too chilly to be outside. Staff were v attentive. Room was lovely and clean. If you want a nice view from your balcony, pay for a seaview. We didn't mind being at the back looking at other buildings, it was still nice having a balcony to sit out on.

no car park at the premises. due to the central location of the hotel, it was quite hard to find parking, though there was the possibility to park at the Point shopping mall which was 5 min away by walk.

the location was very central, near The Point shopping mall, cafes, and sea promenade. the check-in was very fast, the room was fantastic, with the balcony and the bed was very comfy.

The views from the back of the hotel are just over looking another hotels balconies. I assumed when I booked the room with a City View and the image of it in the advert was a balcony over looking Valletta that’s what I would get, however on arrival we were told the City views were at the back of the hotel and of the buildings the image I had on my booking form was of a sea view. So just make sure if you want that lovely view of the City and SEA you book sea view. I visited the pool twice which was nice, and has an amazing view and is rather relaxing to sit by but it is rather small so don’t expect to do any lengths it’s just a dip pool, and was rather cool, also the sauna room at my time of visit didn’t work. We didn’t use the restaurant for breakfast as we found this to be very expensive at 19 euros when you can get a full English breakfast for 11 euros in restaurants literally a few doors away.

Excellent location. The bar with open view balcony overlooking the marina was perfect for a Happy hour Prosecco and watching the sunset. The room was very spacious with an extremely comfortable large bed and the rain fall shower was lovely, with beautiful smelling toiletries provided. The glass water bottles provided in the rooms are great and there are refillable water stations on certain floors.

Everything was brilliant. Especially the staff. Very welcoming and helpful. The room was fantastic. Huge bed, coffee, lovely toiletries and daily cleaning by a wonderful housemaid.

Fabulous choice of breakfast foods. Daily specials and a wonderful waitress, Marleny, who went above and beyond to assist our needs.

Unfortunately room above mine a lot of chairs scraping across the floor and work up by load bangs really early in the morning approx 4am and 5am.

Fantastic new hotel, spacious room with south facing balcony overlooking the Valletta bay. Very nice breakfast and super friendly staff, shoutout Marleny. What to say about the hotel’s Monastik restaurant - a must! Tried the better part of the new menu and everything is so delicious, locally sourced, organic. A delight.
