Load, building is full of echo , e.g if someone talks in the ground floor , one hears it , on first floor in ones room. Some room equipmeng were inop n’ missing . Mattress too wobbly n’ soft.

Very clean and via messages staff answered fast and helpful.

There was a small leak in the bathroom sink. Our room was on the first floor and - despite the quite street - passing by cars could be a bit loud.

Great position on a secondary alley in the city centre. The self-check in was easy and convenient since we arrived late at night. The room was nice and smelled clean. Availability of soap and towels (they will be not be changed throughout the stay). We appreciated the Maltese traditional balcony and the curtesy cookies and water waiting for us. The AC was nice and we got to leave our luggage in the main hotel linked to structure. The small booklet on Valletta and general info was also a nice touch.

The apartment is conveniently located in Valletta's downtown, 15 minutes' walk from all the buses. However, we had a problem with the room's cleanliness. The towels, sheets, and garbage were changed on one of our 4 nights of accommodation. The sheets change once a week, and if not, we must pay for it, according to information I received from them.

Shower door was a bit wonky. Labels were the wrong way round on the light switches - the switch for the balcony light was labelled bathroom, and vice versa. Bedside lamp only turned on sometimes, not sure why.

TV wasn't working, no one cleaned the room properly in the 4 days of staying a part of removing the rubbish from the rubbish bin ones.and turning the floor towel by the shower.

Sheets and towels very dated and either stained or torn in places. Surely it’s time they were replaced?

Location and character of property were great. St Nicholas street is round the corner from Casa Rocca Piccola and the Berry cafe. It is a quiet street in contrast to other busier roads where the street noise echoes in your room. The staff were very helpful.

There is a kitchen with induction cooker, but the pans doesn't work on it. Electricity went down, and the principal door (that you can open only with a code), didn't open. So we stayed outside of the building for half an hour, trying to talk to someone.When we found some help (on a whatsapp call) the person that answered made me touch the electricity panel instead of coming herself (a dangerous operation for a guest). We stayed the entire night with no electricity (no cellphones, no AC). No excuses, no refunds for the first night. Awful.

when we first arrived in the room, there was dust and hair on the floor. and the towels had not been changed over our six night stay.  The bin in the room was never emptied.
