Andrew was a very responsive host leading up to our stay, and Joel’s communication saved us from a bus trip in the wrong direction on arrival at the airport! He also provided a wonderful welcome/orientation on our arrival, despite it being late on a Saturday night. The welcome pack of goodies was very gratefully received, esp given our late arrival. The apartment provided a delightful base for a wonderful stay in Valletta. Thank you

Joel met us at the property, a very nice and kind person. He showed us the apartment, explained everything. The welcome gift was a pleasant surprise! The apartment itself is situated in the center, but it was very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed big and absolutely comfortable. We enjoyed every minute spent in the apartment!

I don't write reviews often, but the experience with this apartment was extraordinary. Joel and Andrew are extremely attentive and kind hosts who made sure that the stay was as pleasant as possible. The flat is spacious, well located and has everything one needs. Absolute recommendation!

The apartment is in an extremely central yet quiet location in Valletta. The apartment is larger than we expected and has absolutely everything you could possibly need, fully equipped kitchen, a lovely welcome package of snacks and a big bathroom with plenty of towels and a dressing gown each. The host (Joel) was really helpful and met us at the door to hand over the keys as well as giving us a few recommendations of what to do. Andrew the owner also messaged to provide some recommendations which was very nice and helpful. They were both very quick to reply to texts if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this apartment and also highly recommend Valletta for a winter city break. It's a beautiful place!

The apartment was very well equipped and is in a great part of town. It is really quiet and is on the top floor of the building so no noise coming from above. The property manager Joel and the owner Andrew couldn't have been more helpful. The bed is really comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. A really enjoyable stay in Valletta. We would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was really lovely, clean and very spacious. Felt very much at home, after staying in hotels mostly it was really refreshing to have a proper authentic apartment to explore the city from. Joel was just amazing, so welcoming, kind and thoughtful, even left us some supplies just in case we didn't have any when we arrived. There were lots of clean towels and dressing gown provided, a great wee coffee machine and a lovely breakfast area to enjoy it. Loved it.

The apartment is wonderful. Huge with lovely entrance area, modern kitchen and lounge, large bedroom and large modern bathroom. Bed comfortable and even though you are minutes from the centre, there is no noise. Joel meet us to help with bags and kindly did our washing. Andrew was always available with advice and called me in response to questions. His advice was excellent, including an amazing restaurant, Ambrosia. We eat here 3 times it was so good.

The location was great.2 minutes to the main street of the center .The hosts were great,friendly and they even prepared a welcome gift for us which was too kind .Received a guide about each famous spot and must see things in Malta and how to get to them (Which busses and etc) .The property had everything neccessary for living even a hair dryer and iron .Also very clean and spacious .

The appearance of the Apartment was astounding. We loved the Design, especially the high roofs in Combination with the Stone floors and the White Walls. The service from Joel is extraordinary and the informations provided by the owner Mr.Andrew are very very useful for an AAA+ stay in Malta and Gozo.

Loud church bell from 7 am on Boiler / water tank in the bathroom makes considerable noise when other parties in the building consume water Generally weak noise isolation so you hear your neighbors For someone who likes hard mattresses, the bed was too soft

the facilities list says it has a wash machine. but actually it's not in the room. you need to ask the keeper to do the laundry for you

the room has everything I need except the wash machine. the room is beautiful and in the central of Valletta. the owner is nice and giving quite generous welcoming gift. the keep Joel is also a nice guy.
