However, the lack of empathy and understanding from the staff was disappointing and left a sour taste in my mouth. In the first night we checked-in, I was reprimanded for what was deemed as "plenty of loud noise" in my conversations within the confines of my room. When I attempted to explain that I was unaware of the thinness of the walls, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. Furthermore, the daily room cleaning service, while appreciated, was executed in a manner that disrupted the tranquility of the mornings. Knocking on doors promptly at 9:00 am may be convenient for the hotel, but it results in unnecessary disturbance for guests, as the sound reverberates throughout the corridors. In our four-night stay, our room was not cleaned on the final night, despite not having requested to skip room cleaning.

Firstly, I must commend the hotel for its well-maintained facilities. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch. It takes a 9-minute walk required to reach Sliema ferry terminal.

Nice, stylish room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient kitchenette. Room was overlooking a busy street but the window was 100% soundproof. Lots of useful outlets for gadgets in the room. Music in the bathroom was a nice surprise. Great shower! No designated parking space for a car, however we had no problem finding a free spot on the street near hotel.

Property can only be reached by steep roads whichever way you go but not an issue to us but could be to older clientele

Property was spotless staff who booked us in were really pleasant this was genuine not forced for the customer in a nice quiet street but with plenty near by within a 5 minutes walk Bathroom in room 302 was amazing especially the forest style shower built into the ceiling Breakfast although taken in a small side room is very very good with plenty of choices meats eggs cheese etc

There was too much light in the room, it had a lot of windows with no blackout curtains available, which compromised sleep after sunrise. Also there was an eletrical issue during one of the nights where an emergency light switched on randomly in the middle of the night, and even after contacting the reception there was no way to turn it off until it randomly switched off again (which took close to an hour at 4am), making it impossible to get a good night's rest... Although, they had it fixed the day after but didn't offer any compensation after what occured, which left us quite disappointed.

Everything was thoroughly clean and the localization of the hotel came in handy during our vacation.

The fact that we were given the ground floor and somehow the distribution is such that the window is reachable by steps only - so at the end there is only half of it visible and gives the feel that you are staying in the cellar. Other than that if not paying attention to the window, all was fine.

The hotel has entrance through a code when reception is closed and we received one that did not work initially. It was fairly quickly resolved over the phone though, so it was not that big of a deal. The mattress was soggy in the middle which is not great for back.

Good location in quieter neighbourhood but still close to waterfront, restaurants and shops. Privacy. The room and bathroom were both very clean. Communication with hotel staff was pleasant.

The location is good - quiet street and at the same time not too far from restaurants and bars; walking distance to a ferry which takes you Valetta. Saff is friendly and helpful. Very clean, modern design.

The amount of hot water is not quite enough, my stay time is during winters so would really hope to have a nice warm shower

The interior is very nice, bedding are comfortable as well, the best part is the room comes with a small kitchen corner that's suitable for travellers especially when you want to reheat some food and enjoy in the room!

The only minus point was that if the neighbouring room would use the shower, we would hear the water running noise quite loudly.

The self checkin was very easy. The location is perfect in Sliema, very close to everything. Our room was always very well cleaned and smelled nice.

I liked everything!

The location was very good, near to the promenade in Sliema. My window was in the second floor, looking in a quiet side street, therefore there was no noise, but also the windows make the room perfectly isolated. The room was perfectly furnished, there was lots of pillows to choose from, the bath was great, there was a small bar with free coffee and tee and complimentary water bottle.

A bit of noisy in the room (urban area) and water of jacuzzi was a bit smelly. Breakfast was only ok, nothing special about it.

We stayed a week in the very nice presidential suite. Very clean and modern room. Big rooftop terrace with 270 degree view, jacuzzi, sunbeds, lounge area and table. Very friendly and helpful staff.
