Could have had fresh juices at breakfast, pool towels should be available in the room and the layout of the hotel is very confusing.

Good location to visit the blue lagoon. Breakfast had a lot of choice, lovely rooftop pool area and well equipped gym.

The first room that we got allocated to was very small, outdated and not well maintained. Some of the facilities in the hotel can do with some updating.

The room that we paid to upgrade/ relocate to is what we've expected and it was very comfortable. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Thank you.

Even though it said that the room would have soundproofing, the cars outside could be heard from the roof. Luckily the road is not busy at night so that didn’t interfere with our sleep. The indoor pool is very, very, very small. Only around 6-8 chairs in the indoor pool for the entire hotel. For a hotel that calls itself “hotel & spa”, we expected a much bigger indoor pool. It is tiny.

You need to ask slippers at reception and the bath robe comes with a 5 E price per stay. For a 4 star hotel, that's not ok. All juices from breakfast were from bottle, not a single fresh. The water from inside pool was a bit cold (not heated). Not many options of fruits and salad at breakfast.

Breakfast was nice. The room was big and clean. The staff was very friendly and willing to help.

We felt hot in the room because the AC wasn't cooling enough, however we asked the staff for a fan and they provided us one very promptly without any issues. The indoor pool was a little overcrowded.

The hotel parking is not for the faint of heart. It's only meant to accommodate very small cars as it is down a very tight spiral. At the bottom only few places to park. We did manage to park there at the begining of our stay but after that they even closed it so we couldn't use it anymore. However, it's very easy to find parking on the streets nearby. The bathroom occasionally had a sewerage smell to it but once cleaned the next day it would be fine again.

Breakfast is delicious and plentiful although repetitive every day. Great location close to good beaches and with lots of restaurants in the main street. The Al Ponte restaurant in the hotel has nice meals at affordable prices. Beds were comfortable and room very spacious with plenty of storage room.

Our initial room was awful (and it’s about the 20th time we have stayed here - never had that problem before) it was an adjoining room and you could hear absolutely everything from our neighbours But the staff were lovely and helpful and moved us despite the hotel being very busy

The location is perfect right in the town, but not too noisy and a short (but energetic) walk to the beach.

Fabulous hotel. Stayed here before. Only issue was some facilities were not open due to being out of season. This is expected but not informed prior to stay. I would stay again, staff were exceptional.

The parking entrance is horrible, almost dangerous. Also we booked to have parking guaranteed but one day we weren't able to find a spot. Lastly the inner swimming pool should have better ventilation. Smells too much chlorine

The rules for the indoor pool was not respected, and afternoons were a bit caotic with several families

Very welcoming personell with superb service. Clean and modern rooms, and a truly great breakfast. Both the backyard garden pool and the rooftop pool were high quality, and offered options for sun and swimming on windy days as well. The gym was also one of the more well equipped that I’ve seen at hotels.

Very clean, great breakfast (with sparkling wine ;), polite staff, nice swimming pools (upstairs with great view), children playroom on one of the lowest floors, good location in the small village if you’re looking for a slow-life holiday, bus stop and touristic office right by the hotel, direct public bus from the airport (X1), some nice restaurants close by

I was excited for the steam room/sauna but it closed very early (7pm) every day. I feel 9pm would be more reasonable. The blond front desk lady at the spa was also very unfriendly (always seemed inconvenienced) and not accommodating which negatively affected the relaxing vibe. Our room was also in a separate building across the street from the front desk of the hotel. There were multiple buildings which did make things more confusing. This was not as ideal and convenient nor what I thought I was getting.

Comfortable, clean and overall good value. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of quality food options and drink selections (sparkling peach alcohol was a great touch). Overall friendly staff and nice hotel facilities.
