I think they could have provided some mode of travel around the property because our bungalow was all the way to the back and even a bicycle would have been great or golf carts as its a huge property to get around. Be prepared to walk for 5-10 mins to get to the reception and pool area if your bungalows are at the 200 numbers on the property.

The accommodation and facilities were spot on and I cannot complain. The staff was excellent and made us feel welcome and was willing to accommodate any special request we had at the time. The location was next to the beach which was awesome and really beautiful.

We got unlucky and our villa was one of the furthest away from the pool making it a long walk in the heat. The shop was a little expensive for some items especially fresh fruit. The seating within the villa was not the most comfortable and not many English Channels other than news.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the main centres of Malta. Excellent pool facilities and never had to fight for a sun-bed at either the main pool or quiet pool areas. Accommodation as described plus cleaned 4 times over 10 day stay with fresh towels etc. Good size fridge for stocking up on drinks and food whilst self catering. On site restaurant is of reasonable quality and pretty much standard like others in the area.

The salad meals in the restaurant were too small, consisted 99% of spinach, no taste at all. This dishes should be elevated or removed from the menu.

The burges and sweet patato fries were excellent. The meet was big and fresh and french fries were very good. Also non alcoholic coctails were very good and well presented.

+ very clean and spacious bungalow + great place for kids: cats, turtles, playground + all swimming pools were open in the April, outdoor pool temperature was 17 degrees, very nice pool area with sunbeds, indoor pool was warm, also there is an outside part of indoor pool with sunbeds and a big jacuzzi for 10 people with hot water, kids were happy + sauna and gym + supermarket

The water preassure in our shower was a bit weak. other than that I have no complaints.

We live in Sliema so quiet open spaces was a nice change of pace in our lives. The bjbgalows were well equipped as well as clean and cozy.

Supermarket closed quite early (think it was 6pm) Our room wasn't made up / bins weren't emptied at all during a 4 night stay. Not their fault but construction across the road made it a bit more difficult to walk into town. Must be directly on the local flight path as planes were noticeably loud at night time. No toiletries supplied.

Lots of facilities on site; mini golf, tennis courts and badminton (all free to use), as well as the pools + a good sized park for younger children. Bungalows very spacious and everything provided in the kitchen to be self sufficient if desired. The on site shop is big by Malta's standards, well stocked and reasonably priced. The on site restaurants were some of the cheaper places we ate across Malta. Loads of well kept cats and a turtle pond, great for kids. Bus stop right outside.

Cleaning is every 2 days, it should be every other day.

Bungalows are quite big and very well designed. Facilities are great, there is a supermarket with lots of products, a nice bar/restaurants and direct access to the sandy beach. The pools are nice, can be a little crowded though during peak time.

Hotel policy with air conditioning for a fee. When I arrived at night, the air conditioning was not on and it was maybe 40 degrees Celsius in the bungalow. Although the night security was very helpful, they managed to start the air conditioning until the next day. In Malta in the summer it is impossible to be without a working air conditioner. I have no problem paying extra for the convenience. Arriving in brutal heat and not being able to turn on the air conditioning is a terrible experience for accommodation...

Beautifully built bungalow with patio. Location right by the beach. Pools for children. Nice and helpful staff. Great place for a family with small children.

I did not like the fact that breakfast was not included in the price. I noticed some tourists were given vouchers for the supermarket and the restaurants, but not the locals. It would be great if the prices included breakfast in them, as I look forward to having breakfast done for me when on holiday

I love the bungalow concept, the nature around them, the fact that children are safe even if they walk unattended. The pool is amazing, both outdoor and indoor one! Restaurants have amazing food, and the staff is so friendly. Having a supermarket on the premises is an excellent feature, and the prices are reasonable.
