We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is great. Very clean, the cleaning ladies are doing an amazing job. The room was great. Very big, the air conditioning works well. The young lady from Serbia working at the reception is amazing, very polite and gave us really good advice. Breakfast was great. I would give them 5 stars.

GermanyThe aircon is very strong - which is good - but it directly blows onto the bed. Even with the lowest level of fan and 23 degrees, I woke up with a soar throat every morning. I ended up putting underpants on it to reduce the immense flow of cold air.
I was put into another building which was actually like an upgrade. I had a great, large room on the top floor with balcony and that was way better than the room I had during my last stay here. They also gave me breakfast as compensation with was a nice add-on.

This hotel is ideally situated in Sliema. Not on the main boulevard, which means not as much traffic/noise, but a mere 2 minute walk to get to the hussle and bussle of the boulevard. Our room was on the 6th floor at the back of the hotel, which meant it was super quiet (only a church bell could be heard). Large room with extra pullout chair. Safe and little fridge available which were a welcome bonus. Bathroom large as well. Unfortunately, it did get quite hot in the bathroom because there was no window which we could open. The aircon in the room did help a little, but only when the door of the bathroom was left open. One of the twin beds had some issues with springs sticking out. This made for uncomfortable sleeping. The other bed creaked, making a lot of noise. This was mentioned to the front desk and dealt with promptly. Room otherwise fine and clean. Breakfast was fine. Lots of sweets, but also bread, croissants, fruit (salad), scrambled egg, sausage, bacon, cereals, yoghurt and more. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we really liked this hotel for many reasons. We would definitely choose Mr Todd again if we went to Malta.

Brazilthe breakfast was ok despite not having enough fruit but the employees were too loud. they kept the door open and the noise was terrible. the cleaning people of the room used some dirty cloths and the bathroom smelled very bad (like undried wet clothes) and they also did not clean everything. they left two used wine glass in the room for 3 days. the reservation of the bedroom not in the main building is not clear in the reservation and it is even further from everything.

SerbiaHotel has a really good location ,nearby are restaurants,cafes, stores,bus station and ferry stop ,all is very close to the hotel so I give it 10/10 for location.Room was spacious and very clean,ours had small balcony,adapter for charging, fridge...all in all no complaints regarding room too,the bed is maybe a bit smaller but it's not much of a problem for me ,I found it to be comfortable for sleeping.Didnt have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment on that.The room was cleaned daily.So overall I don't have much complaints and was very satisfied with room and hotel in general, except there was some mix up with payment,I usually always pay with credit card but since more convenient this time we paid with cash and I admit I didn't notice how much the guy working on reception returned me,so maybe my fault too not to check it correctly too ,so there was this mix up when he returned me more then he should, so the next day he woke us up way too early to resolve that matter ,so I think it was about 7am or something similar to that time when he knocked on the door, including knocking in the night around after midnight so ,that's something I would prefer to be handled differently by the stuff.So that could have been handled differently with message on booking site or phone or on the last day or some notice in the room ,so in whichever other way then this, this was way too early and there was no need for early morning waking up.But apart from that hotel is quite good and solid and would definitely recommend it.Good value for money.Would return.
