The only criticism I have is that we had an air conditioning cooling unit outside our room window which at times was noisy. Other than that no complaints at all.

Breakfast was very good with a great choice of continental options. Tea, Coffee & Hot Chocolate was available throughout your stay from a machine in the Breakfast room free of charge. The location couldn’t have been better, only a few streets away from the main area of Valletta.

The shower was in the middle of the room and didn't have appropriate barriers to keep the water from running all over the floors. The rooms at the front of the hotel was very noisy, though did quiet down by 10:00pm. I would have requested a room at the back.

The breakfast was more than I expected when they mentioned "continental breakfast" but the room was small. There were tables around the property but we didn't use them. The building itself was beautiful.

The only negative aspect was that in my room (single room) the bathroom is part of the room and it is separated by the rest of the room by a slim piece of glass, there is no door. At the same time, in the “bathroom” there is no drain on the floor. So, every time that I took a shower the room flooded…

Great hotel and excellent location. It was close to everything! Basic breakfast but there was a coffee machine available 24/7. The building is beautifully renovated, we loved it! Very helpful staff as well! Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities.

Just a minor thing - we had mosquitoes in our room coming in every day (although we were killing them) so that was quite annoying.

Perfect location in the heart of Valletta. The place is quiet and a very nicely renovated typical Valletta building. The staff was very nice and helpful and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast is simple but good and complete.

On the downside, you could mention the tiny restaurant, the size of a kitchen in a house, and breakfast that could be better. That said, however, it was very clean and the breakfast staff was very helpful, too.

The location is superb in the very heart of Valletta. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They managed to solve some problems alright, and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The beds are comfortable. 24/7 access to a coffee machine was also very nice!

Even though the room and the bathroom were really nice, having no curtain or a glass separator for the shower was quite problematic. Although we refrained from using the head shower and used the hand set instead, the bathroom floor turned into a pond after each shower. The water came into the room once. Also there was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it harder for the pond to disappear. The windows need bars or mosquito nets so that you can leave them open for fresh air and ventilation. I think the breakfast could be a little better if they didn't put the cheese in small portions, 3-4 pieces. Cheese and bread were the only things that I could eat as I don't eat cold meat

The location was superb as it was so close to both main streets where you can walk and dine. It was very easy to walk around the city and reach the main bus area. The staff was amazing, very helpful, and kind at all times. Especially Jordana at the front desk helped us a lot with her suggestions and recommendations. The room was spacious, especially with the high ceiling. I didn't feel suffocated as I feel in many hotel rooms. We could also open the windows which is definitely a plus in my opinion. The power outlets were different but the bed stand has usb outlet so you can charge your stuff or ask for the extra plug from the front desk.There was no hairdryer in the room but they provide one when you ask.

Unfortunately, the windows in the apartment are not well-insulated, so we heard a lot of noise from the street. The noise woke us up in the mornings. I advise people to bring ear plugs. This helped reduce the noise.

The staff were very friendly. They gave us advice and helped us a lot during our stay (thank you Stefano!). The location is excellent, in the heart of Valletta. The apartment is very big. There's a well-equipped kitchen if you want to eat in.

The windows (rainwater was getting in), the showers (the bathroom was flooding) and the air conditioning (which, in our friend's room, didn't work for a whole night in the winter) should be repaired immediately. However, most problems, which could be solved immediately, were solved with the intervention of the staff and especially the wonderful JORDANAS from the reception.

The breakfast was very good. The location of the Hotel is in one of the most central parts of the city. The Hotel's facilities were very good to excellent, but what made our stay special was its amazing staff, who were always smiling and willing to deal with any problems that arose and there were quite a few. However, everything was resolved immediately with the mediation of all the employees in the area, but especially JORDANAS, who proved to be our "Guardian Angel" during our stay at the Hotel!

On the first night room along with bathroom and floor were very cold since air conditioner could not warm up all room. My recommendation if you are visiting at winter time to order blankets in advance and to ask stuff to warm up your room before arriving.

The location is excellent. Our room and the bathroom were both comfortable, modern and spacious. It was good to have access to communal tea/coffee machine. The receptionist Jordana was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Valetta. Excellent.

The location of the hotel was amazing, the personal was pretty awesome. I forgot something at the hotel and they found the object and came back to me. The property was clean, it was easy to make the self check-in. Everything was nice cer had coffee and tea, the breakfast was good too. Everything was awesome. It was a little cold when we arrived but we opened the AC and was good .
