Noisy stairwell, glass door with curtain. I could hear the door bell ringing downstairs, people talking and walking up and down the stairs. The room is on the main stairwell.

Location is spot on; very close to main attractions and just one little street away from main street which makes everything close yet the stay is in quiet place. Also the town itself is charming with lots of cute places to eat and drink. Bearing in mind the room was small (which we obviously knew at the time of booking) it feels spacious thanks to huge terrace with superb seating and gorgeous views!

The ground floor apt a bit wet and cold, in rainy weather hard to our moisted cloths (adequate the old building)

Accommodation in traditonal old house, nicely restored. Excellent location close to the center of Rabat, despite that a calm place. Walking distance to Mdina. Hosting staff very welcoming, clear information regarding check-in in advance. Nice breakfast on demand.

The location wth its proximity to Medina excellent. It was close to a big public car park which made it easy for us with a rental car. It was also situated in a quiet street. The accommodation itself spacious and clean with the complimentary good coffee a bonus. The breakfast in the morning served from 8.30 which to us is one hour too late but it was plentiful with a range of choices. Check in was easy with codes and communication good too.

Room was without windows to outside, just a window to inside staircase, so it felt like dungeon. It was loud, every time other guests used stairs or talked you could hear everything, so if you have problems falling asleep this may not be the place for you

It was very windy, so the room was a little draughty, it’s also good to mention the stairs to the upper floor rooms are a bit tricky, especially if carrying luggage.

The location was spectacular, so close to Mdina, where we could walk around the old city. The surrounding buildings were wonderful and you can spend hours exploring the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and clean, it was wonderful staying there. There was also a kettle in the room The staff was beyond superb, they were extremely helpful, nice and approachable. The breakfast is held in their restaurant, where you can also get lunch and dinner. The breakfast is made on order, and you can choose one of the seven different options. We tried four of them in total, and they were really delicious and the portions were big as well. We will definitely return to this hotel, and recommend it to people who want the perfect place to stay in Malta

Humidity may have been an issue (there was some paint peeling on the ceilings/walls). The tap in the bathroom is also very short so was somewhat inconvenient to use.

Great location, really helpful staff, arrived a little early and could leave my luggage in a safe location before the check-in. The breakfast (which was included) at a near restaurant gave a few options which was great (didn’t have to eat same thing over and over again). The roof terrace is a fantastic place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.

The place was fantastic, way better than we'd expected. We were even given a bigger room. Everything beautiful and tidy and the staff was really kind and helpful. The à la carte breakfast wasn't very large, but it was enough and tasty. Overally I really recommend this place while you're in Rabat.

The lighting is a bit dark, sink gets flooded easily, walls are peeling (which seems to be normal in Malta, so we didn't care too much).

Probably the bed being two singles and not being able to angle the TV towards the couch....very minor niggles though!I have stayed twice and will return.

The location is brilliant, close to all the best restaurants and bars - Chez Emans, Ta Doni, Romans Cave - and 5 minutes walk from Mdina but in a maze of quiet, narrow lovely little streets. The house is beautiful and very clean, the rooms cleaned and sheets and towels changed regularly. The roof terrace is great and whatever staff I saw...and I didn't see very much of them (which gave me the feeling of being in a home away from home)...were friendly and helpful. The key code was an added bonus for check in and ducking in and out - no keys to worry about. Kettle and fridge very handy too.

AC did not work on heat Shower door should open on the outside as at present it's very difficult to get out.
