The room and the whole building is gorgeous. There is a little garden in the back, it is a must see. The hosts are very kind and helpful, it is not by chance, that the place and the hosts have such a good reputation. If you want to take the public transport, it is a well located place for that, there is a bus stop for like a 1 minute walk. The breakfast is delicious and every day there is a little twist in it. This was our best trip ever. We would like to thank the hosts once again for everything.

The room was perfect and wide it felt really like 1787 with the style. The host are very nice and helpfull the check-in procedure was simple. Not to forget the mega breakfast it's one of the most delicious breakfast ever. This place is unique and I recommend everyone passing by Zejtun or this zone to passby and book at there place.

We spent really great time in Palazzio. We felt like we were living in a real palace. The owners have particular taste in decorating, which is amazing. They are very kind and polite. Every morning, after the delicious and healthy breakfast that was served with a touch of kindness and careness, we had a nice small talk. They gave us information about places where to go, where to eat, ... At night it was peaceful. We needed to rest after running around the island and we had that opportunity. Yves and Patrizia, thank you for everything.

Parking spot was on the streets, but it wasn't such a problem to find a free spot.

It was a nice stay. Friendly owners, they even asked when do we want to have breakfast every day, breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, location was good (10 min drive from Valetta)

Nothing at all.

The owners were very kind and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast had a variety of bread, eggs and fruit and was slightly different every day. There was a bus stop very near to the hotel so we could get everywhere easily by bus. It was a very beautiful building with all the facilities we needed and more. There was a beautiful roof with fat boys. We would recommend the accommodation to everyone. Must go when you're in Malta!

The only downside was that there was this local feast organised during our stay, with firework installations just maybe 100 meters from the building. Try to avoid booking during local festivals. We had trouble sleeping at night because the fireworks fired up until 2-3 AM (starting from approx. 8 PM). They are super loud and we could hear them like they were in the room with us, so not very comfortable. Definitely not suitable for anxious people or someone with hearing sensitivity. Also, Malta has like 102 local feasts that aren't advertised anywhere on the Internet, so good luck. We totally understand that it wasn't under the hosts' control and there are probably just a few local feasts in that specific area of Malta, but we advise to choose your dates carefully if you want to be able to enjoy the accommodation and its benefits fully.

Palazzio 1787 is worth your money. The breakfast was amazing. The hosts pay such great attention to details! We had healthy, rich and diverse breakfast every day, at convenient hours. We enjoyed the room we booked, as it had access a huge terrace where we could relax after long walks in Malta. Perfectly clean, nicely designed, with a French touch. There really isn't anything that isn't right about this place, aesthetically speaking. The building is super close to the airport, too, as well as the bus stop (approx. 1 min walking distance). We felt well taken care of and really appreciated that Patricia and Yves shared their discontent regarding the feast organized nearby, too. We felt bad for them, actually.

The accommodation would deserve more than 10 stars. Everything was so perfect: the room, the breakfast and especially the hosts (Yves & Rica). We travel a lot but never met hosts like this: They helped us with everything, were always available and so kind! We recommend Palazzio 1787 to everyone who wants to visit Malta and can't imagine that there is a better accommodation on the island. Thanks for the awesome stay, Yves and Rica!

The owners were so caring and super friendly! We felt very comfortable there and really appreciated the liberty of choosing our breakfast time. We loved the breakfast, healthy, homemade and had a wide variety to choose from! Would recommend it to anyone! The house is beautifully converted and really feels like a Maltese palace! P.S Michele misses you, Gypsie and Bobby! ( their beloved cats!)

If I have to nitpick, then know the location is a small village where not much happens and the streets can be tiny. Parking is still possible, though!

Absolutely everything. Starting with the lovely hosts, who make you feel at home; the fantastic facilities that truly are a palace; the yummy homemade breakfast; the airco and the mattress, the airy balcony, the limestone that makes you travel in time... Everything is exquisite!
